On time appointment A++. Mitchell did a fantastic job clearing up my AC issues in Jarrell. He communicated well on the repairs and I was surprised at the reasonable pricing. I was expecting sticker shock and it was far from it. Thanks again Airstrike!

It was my first time using the AIRSTRIKE company and get the utmost satisfying experience. My AC system was out and we were melting in Texas heat with kids at home. AIRSTRIKE works with my warranty company and gave me the service I need. MITCHELL was the service technician who knows his job well and done the work in 30 minutes time. These guys are GREAT!!! Not only do they have 10 year parts and labor warranty, they are always responsive to calls and texts. I had a few cleanup issues after my full AC install and they handled themselves like professionals and corrected a few last minute things for me I had on my list. They also
ran a return into my front bedroom, which I’ve been in this house 10 years and it’s been hotter than any other room in the house and now it’s perfect because of their recommendation. Definitely recommend these guys.

This company is the example of how trades businesses should be run! Our resale shop a/c was having trouble, and it's connected to our owner's other business - a candle business. As you can probably imagine, having no a/c in a candle shop in the middle of summer is a PROBLEM. They came out SO quickly, got us up and running, and even made suggestions on how to make it cooler without having to install an entirely new unit.

Oh, and also, they're SO nice! We don't refer anyone else when someone we know is having a/c problems.

These guys are great. Empathic, fast, efficient and educational, they will explain your diagnosis, the way to fix it, and how the work will be done in a down-to-earth way. During the installation of our new outside and inside units, they let us know when they'd be at our house and kept us updated with our Home Warranty insurance status. Overall, their customer service was exceptional compared to other A/C companies HWA had assigned to us. The system works well so far and we are very happy. Thanks Airstrike!
