Jon came out and sat at my table after looking over my none operational water softener and showed me some options without pressure to get me back whole with this nasty water out here in Austin Colony Garfield Texas. Jon is Respectful, soft spoken truly compassionate and knowledgeable about his water softeners. If you have any needs with your water softener you should give him your business. Jon is honest and hard working, he finished the job in hours. Rare jewel and I'm blessed to have found this company.

I hired the right company with American Eagle Plumbing and Jon. Needed fixture replacement and the process was seamless and quality-driven. Jon is honest, kind and professional, which is service that is not easy to find nowadays. He was thorough and found and corrected a major water pressure building error. Any costs and services were explained upfront. I highly recommend American Eagle Plumbing.

What a great experience and service. Jon showed up between the projected times and called prior too. He listened to understand what happened in order to better diagnose the problem. Inspected and tested the system from the curb to house. Found extremely high water pressure which could have easily caused future issues and decreased life expectance of water heater, softner, etc. Gave multiple options spanning different costs. Highly recommend and will defiantly be a returning customer, hopefully not to soon. When you have him come help you, don't forget to talk to him about his passion. Clean, quality water!! You will not be disappointed.

American Eagle came by and diagnosed my Rinnai water heater and ended up replacing it with a new unit all in the same day. They explained everything well and helped talk with the gas company. Highly recommended.

John discovered that most of the back up was from the City of Kyle and was kind enough to get in touch with the City of Kyle to-do a work order and John, the city is now out there working on the back up

Jon installed a new garbage disposal and kitchen faucet, and he took care of our existing mess along the way. He also introduced me to BioOne, a preventive drain cleaning solution that seems essential for everyone. Now, I'm considering a whole house filtration system because having the purest water at home is important to me, and I wish I had done it sooner.

I have used John for 5+ years now , for 4 different properties. The team at American Eagle Plumbing are always superior. They won't stop till the job is done right , and communicate everything and make suggestions as they go that have saved me tons of time . I am a firm believer in doing things once even if I have to pay alittle more, than having to have the same issue fixed time and again . Jon came to our house for a few simple plumbing items during a kitchen reno. The work was completed quickly and easily, no issues at all! But what really stood out to me was Jon's interactions with my 4 year old son, Isaiah. Jon didn't mind letting him watch and even help with the work! My son was (and still is) thrilled about it. Anytime I tell the kids a contractor is coming to the house to do some work, he asks if Mr Jon is coming too. Thankful for the plumbing work but also the kindness, patience, and graciousness with the kids, very personable service. If we ever have a plumbing issue, we will be thrilled to have Mr Jon at our house again!

My experience with American Eagle Plumbing was wonderful! Jon was careful and efficient. He pointed out issues and offered recommendations but did not push me to purchase additional work. He left my home spotless after the installation and repairs.

Jon, from American Eagle Plumbing, just finished working here. First, he arrived punctually at the time we agreed upon. Second, he asked me to show him my plumbing problem, my shower control was almost impossible to turn off. He examined the control and said that he will fix it, he did. It now operates so smoothly! Third, he realized that I had pressure problems, which I knew that something was not right with the pressure. He asked me if I wanted him to diagnose and repair the cause of the low pressure. I agreed to the repairs and I am super happy with the final results.
All in all, I highly recommend American Eagle Plumbing for your plumbing problems.

I had a great experience working with Jon at American Eagle Plumbing this week. He showed up right on time which was much appreciated. We ended up needing a new water heater and Jon answered all of our questions. He had it installed the same day with no issues. It's great to have hot water again! I would hire American Eagle for any plumbing needs in the future.
