Needed some kitchen faucet lines replaced while trying to do a kitchen refresh. Came across Apex by reading reviews and took a chance. Not did they respond fast, they came out looked at my situation, and through conversation, I was also able to address some issues I had with a bathroom faucet. While addressing the bathroom faucet issues, it was also noticed other pipe and drain situations underneath the house ( old house with galvanized pipes). Was told for the most part things looked good but some things needed attention. They could have tried to sell me a whole new piping (will need eventually) but it could wait. They were very kind, professional, and ensured I was happy with the service. A lil miscommunication on arrival time but immediately remedied. Affordable even gave a price break and worked late into the evening Will definitely use their services again.

So I found Apex locally and sent a message late on day when I had some plumbing issues. They came out the next day and resolved the issues I was having by clearing a root ball out of my main drain. They were quick, clean, polite, and explained exactly what they were doing the entire time so i knew what i was getting. Keep up the great service! I'll be calling them for any future issues for sure.

Apex was super fast in responding to my problem. Derrick was courteous and explained everything. I will 100% use this company again!

APEX and their team of professionals changed out my water heater and looked at a couple other smaller projects I needed. They were fast, on time, and super reasonable to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

This was by far the best plumber for the job!! Derek and Justin were professional with a side of wit. I was told by another company the job would be 600. Plus, I needed a weight bearing wall cut out.
These men worked around that wall and the price was 350 with a contracted grantee. I recommend Apex 100%!!!

Had these folks out to install a water softener as well as clean up some of our plumbing in the well house. They did a great job, we're incredibly friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable. We will absolutely be using Apex again!

If you're in the Austin area, look no further than Apex. These are good people who go above and beyond. There's lots of plumbers but rarely do you get one with such great customer service. Nathan just came to our house after the winter storm and we had a pipe burst. Could tell he was slammed (as I'm sure all plumbers in Texas are right now), but he was super nice, communicative, and realistic about when he thought he could make it to us. He came out late at night, he fixed our issue in a snap, and he noted some things we could improve in the future if we wanted. He's wonderful, highly, highly recommend, and we will use him again!

I definitely recommend this company for any plumbing job you will ever need. They repaired my drain pipe. My drain pipe had tree roots in it, and it was broken. They did all the digging and repaired the pipe perfectly. They took the time to leak check it, and they offer the best and longest warranty I've been able to find. They also have the most competitive pricing I was able to find. They were very informative and very professional. There is really no reason to ever call anyone else. I wish I could give them 10 stars instead of 5. I am one happy and very satisfied customer! Thank you Apex!

We are recently installed a full home generator and Apex plumbing did a great job handling the gas portion of the job. They worked with the city to verify they were aligned with set regulations/ code and completed all activities to ensure that we passed necessary inspections.

We highly recommend this company. Derick and Kaiden came to our restaurant and serviced our clogged drain. They did their due diligence and answered all of our questions and concerns. When things did not work out as we’ve planned, they kept their cool and were patient in troubleshooting the issue. Even though it took longer to solve the problem, they did not charge extra and the invoice was the amount agreed before the work was done. They made sure to keep us in the loop of what is going on and the work they were performing to showed us exactly what the issue was. We really appreciate their work ethics and we feel like this company truly cares about their clients.

2022 Update!! Yet another great service provided by Apex Plumbing and their team! A few years back Nathan replaced my water heater so recently when I started having some plumbing troubles I gave them a call and again they came through for me. Quick response from Nathan and Justin & Westin did amazing work! As always affordable and professional. Plumbing problems are never fun but this team takes the hassle off your hands!

My elderly parents had a water heater that started leaking. It was the end the work day on Friday. Calling around other companies said the earliest would be Monday. Apex came out right away to prevent water damage. Then the next day they had Wes installed the water heater. I have to say Wes was amazing with my elderly mother and stepfather. He was so respectful and kind to them. I would highly recommend them.

We had Apex replace our hot water heater yesterday. They were prompt in getting back to us with a quote and also timely in replacing the hot water heater. The price was good and the service people were courteous. We would use them again!

Needing a plumber can be a troublesome task. When I needed one, I went the Home Adviser route. They connected me with several qualified pros, and I started by placing some phone calls, getting estimates and narrowing the search for just the right one.

After prayerful deliberation, I was contacted by Nathan, at Apex Home and Commercial Services, through Home Adviser, and Nathan offered his services. We discussed the work I needed done, and he presented several options, the best one for me was being able to purchase the water heater direct from Nathan's supplier, and saving me a lot of money! Nathan's communication was flawless, keeping me informed every step of the way. The best part was his pride in his workmanship!

We had a busted pipe today 1/17/24. I did a frantic search for plumbers that would repair plumbing under a house. I came across Apex Plumbing’s 24/7 phone number and called at 5:30 AM. A live person answered and within minutes I had an appointment scheduled for a time frame between 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM. They arrived right after 12:00 PM with apologies for not making it sooner. Within no time at all, the busted pipe was fixed, the water lines were tested and they were on their way. The cost was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Apex Plumbing.

Nathan was friendly, very responsive and worked as quickly as possible to get us up and running with a new tankless water heater when our old hot water heater broke. He even fixed the old hot water heater (at no charge) to temporarily allow us to have hot water while we were waiting for the new one to be delivered and installed! His pricing was fair and accurate. We felt it was quality service at a value price!
