I made an appointment very easily with AAC's staff to have my washing machine repaired. Mr. Joe Cagle arrived promptly at 8am and confirmed that the problem was indeed with the drain pump. He had the part available and was able to replace it. The washer and dryer units are stacked, and so the work involved removing and replacing the top unit. He checked the dryer and added feet to reduce the vibration. All done by 9:25. Wow! Mr. Cagle has the knowledge and experience to make short work of the repair. Thank you AAC!

Joe provided excellent service and he fixed our dryer. The company also provided great follow-up and fast service.

My double oven was acting up, figured I would have to replace it. Joe Cagle came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered parts and fixed the issue at a great price within a few days. They put in our new air conditioner a couple of years ago. They come out twice a year to check how it is running. They have also come out to service our freezer and dryer. They are an excellent company. Very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Joe did a great job repairing my A/C. He was here right away and completed the job efficiently. He explained what the problem was, did the repair and it working again sooner than I expected.

I received a very competive qoute on Friday and the entire system was installed before noon the next day. The entire installation crew did an excellent job installing the system and Joe was supervising the entire job and did a complete walk through with us after the job was finished. My A/C air was blowing warm air. American Air came out the same day, changed out the bad part and the A/C is running great. The experience from their front office to the HVAC tech was seamless. Highly recommend!!

My heat went out 1/20 around 5pm. I called AAC and Joe showed up shortly. He tried a variety of things to get to the problem. It turned out that a n individual breaker was burned out. Joe was able to find another one. He got it installed and then there was heat again. Joe was GREAT. He left about 3.5 hours later. Carol Echols

We were without AC all weekend during the hottest time of the summer. No worries, we were staying elsewhere. They were recommended by a coworker and were very responsive and able to come out same day. They diagnosed the issue and fixed it within 2 hours without pushing saying we needed things we didn’t. The price was fair and much cheaper than having to replace two units. Would definitely recommend and plan using for all our HVAC needs in the future!

American Air-Customs is awesome and I would highly recommend them! We found them through Angi’s and they responded to our request for an estimate immediately. Once we hired them to do the work, they communicated with us every step of the way and even came out late in the day to make the AC repair to save us another night in a hotel!

Friendly responsive and believe it or not they arrived before their scheduled time. They called ahead to make sure it was ok to come by. Great company and employees.

I am so happy I called American Air Customs today. My dishwasher has been out of service for months, they were able to send a tech today, got it fixed in no time! Joe was great, went right to work and im so glad to have my dishwasher back in service in time for Tday.
