David arrived on time and ran diagnostics and quickly found the leak and verified my warranty status and provided options and I am optimistic and impressed with Reliant because of this first experience with Reliant.

The team at Reliant were really good! It started with a very honest and detailed diagnosis of the AC problem we were having (restricted evap coils) - thanks Abdul!

Then, Chrissie (sales rep) came and actually investigated our system (looked at the outside unit, got up in the attic, etc.) and gave me a few different options for how we could proceed. She described the whole system in a lot of detail so I could know what I'm getting, and she also found a way to help me save some money by keeping the existing furnace (which was working just fine and is a rock solid furnace - something no other company assessed for me!).

Finally, Jorge and Luis were really efficient, but also very detail oriented when they came and installed our new system. They communicated well, and showed me the work they were doing all along the way. Finally, they also ensured all their work was cleaned up afterwards, including the inside of my home was cleaned up of any insulation, drywall, etc. that had fallen during the ductwork. Details matter!

Organized and expedient service without any extra fees for same day appointment. Our friendly and courteous technician diagnosed the problem fast and informed us that the previous company's quote included ~$700 of unnecessary work out of a $960 bid. Definitely will be using Reliant again.

Danielle is an outstanding Tech. She went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. She checked a couple of items that I had concerns about. Upon finishing the service she went over everything she had done, showed me pictures of readings and conditions and made recommendations for a couple of Maintenance issues I need to consider. She took time to explain everything everything to me and answer my questions. By far one of the most informative techs I have seen.

Danielle was absolutely amazing. Service was quick and efficient. She even took the time to change my filters and explained the importance of keeping them changed. I would definitely request her again.

Called Reliant Air at 8:03, Evan Ripic, their technician was here at 9:30. He is very knowledgeable and explained my problem immediately. My unit is under warranty and I feel confident Reliant technicians will replace it professionally and with speed. I purchased their maintenance service for twice a year.

I usually don’t give reviews but I was impressed with Connor. He is a very nice young man. He was professional, courteous and informative. He has a genuine smile and spoke highly of the company when I asked how long he has worked for Reliant. I definitely would like him to service my next maintenance.

Chrissy was wonderful. She got me in quick and went over all the options and prices for me. No pressure. The installation guys were professional. They even moved a very heavy window unit for me. They were careful to not let my dogs get out too. 100% would recommend

Christian and Bryan did a great job. They completely checked out our system including duct work and fixed any issues they found. They offered some recommendations and explained everything in detail. I really appreciate the above and beyond effort. They were very thorough.

The installers was very knowledgeable about the job and explained all of the work that would be performed that day. Once the job was completed my home was cleaned and left as they found it. I certainly will recommend Reliant for all HVAC needs.

Scottie came out for the spring inspection and was extremely thorough in getting pictures of the attic ducting that has been causing excessive dust in my house for years. We have always had positive interactions with Reliant and I have never been let down by their techs.

Our service was fantastic. The gentleman who came was friendly and handled efficient. He explained everything and offered some upgrades they’ve developed since Covid to better deal with mold and dust. No pressure at all just available if we want to upgrade.

So glad I switched to Reliant! Had my winter tune up on my system. Mr Dan Thomas returned to my house for the second time and did a great job with his professional and courteous service. He can be my permanent technician!

Mr. Dan arrived I explained what had happened , show he were everything was within 10 min he had found the problem and fixed it he also set my thermostat to were I needed it. He was kind ,knowledgeable in his line of work and very professional . I am so thankful to God for everyone in helping me to get my heat in my house back on. Just completed a 3-4 week adventure ending in the installation of a new Lennox HVAC system. I started with interviewing 6 well known HVAC companies. Ultimately I choose Reliant AC. They were in the middle price wise and very patient with me. My installers just finished and went home to get ready for their Christmas Party. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER. They showed up on time, immediately got to work, including protecting the floors and walls explaining everything to me and answering all my questions and cleaning up afterwards. The whole thing took about 5 1/2 hours. And the new Lennox single stage is so much more sophisticated than my 26 year-old unit. Lots of bells and whistles. I highly recommend reliant air conditioning for your HVAC help..

John was great! He was able to get my a/c unit working and explained the issue thoroughly. I’ve been assisted by John Morales on two occasions dealing with Reliant Air Conditioning and he has been pleasant and professional both times.

Stephen King came to service my unit for the winter inspection and he found some issues with a part that another company installed. He was unable to get the heat to run so I decided it was time for a new unit. He was a great help and decided that he would contact Toby Stanley to provide pricing for a new unit. Toby was very helpful/friendly and provided a good price for the new unit. Everything he stated they would replace in the unit he went above and beyond to make everything right. The technicians Darvin, Kevin and Edwin came a few days later to install the new unit. They did a professional job on the install and were very nice. They also went above and beyond with attic installation and it looks like a completely different attic. Mike Wells came out to inspect the work and found a few errors and reported it quickly to the company and they promptly called to schedule an appointment. Overall if I could give them 10 stars I would. They keep their word and have been very reliable so far. I would recommend this company.

It was my first time using Reliant AC. They have competitive pricing for HVAC replacement. The salesman Craig worked with me on getting my 24 year old clunker replaced with a modern variable speed system that is so quiet you don't know it is running. The installers were courteous and attentive to detail. Inflation has driven up costs but I'm pleased with my investment. Can't wait to see how much I'll be saving on summer electric bills.

The tech did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Did not even pressure or make it sound urgent to sell me a fan I will eventually need, but not at the moment especially since fall is here. He was also equipped and stocked to replace the capacitor while he was there. Thanks, Louie!

The company was quick. Set up the Appointment online Tuesday evening and they came out Wednesday. They even had an appointment available Tuesday evening, but I chose not to take it. Thanks, Reliant.

Dan our technician was very thorough. Found an issue that the other techs didn’t find. Gave us some suggestions to help our HVAC system run more efficiently. Definitely would recommend Dan!
