I’ve been a Bonick customer for many years and they never disappoint. I’ve had a team at my home the last couple of days installing new landscaping and they did their usual awesome job. And you know when a crew is good—they leave things better than when they arrived. And kudos to my Garden Manager Trevor! I’m of the school that you get what you pay for and Bonick is worth every penny!

This is a very professional company with a proven track record in the industry,. I’m blown away by their expertise and amazing designs.

Bonick Landscaping designed and built an infinity edge pool, fire feature wall, and a beautiful landscape for our family. I chose to work with Glenn and his team because of their attention to detail and creativity. Yes, it was expensive but their quality and craftsmanship was well worth the investment.

Glenn Bonick and his team are one of the best landscape architecture and design firms in the Metroplex. They are thorough, professional, and place high importance on quality. They frequently push the limits of design and we are happy to have partnered with them for so many years and continue to partner with them.

Tom Nugent and Michael Pappas are true professionals who listened and deftly channeled our preferences creatively. The result was a landscape design that perfectly reflected our vision. They transformed our backyard from lackluster to an oasis, a stunning outdoor space that exceeded our expectations.

Tanya Wilson, landscape designer, worked with us for over a year creating an exterior plan for our new home. We asked for hardscape as well as softscape with a water feature that would be low maintenance. She delivered! Her ideas incorporated the perfect balance of color, scale, form and texture! She was patient, creative, and listened to us as we came up with final plan that met our budget and desires. I knew I could reach out to her anytime with my questions or concerns. Even though the project is complete, she continues to stay involved with the transition and finishing touches!

I have used Bonick Landscaping as my yard service for more than 10 years. The workers are trustworthy and reliable. I know that when I go away for several months at a time that they will be here every week keeping the yard immaculate. If I need new plants, I can count on them to do it right every time. I highly recommend Bonick.

Yesterday, Joel came over to our home to check out our pool system. He was friendly, very polite, smart, caring, professional, hardworking and represented your company in the finest ways possible. Joel asked all of the right questions to determine our concerns and needs when he first arrived. He quickly went to work addressing every issue and took care of each concern perfectly. We are 100% happy and completely satisfied with Joel's work here. I just wanted to say Thank You for sending Joel out to help us yesterday. Des Cardenas provided a comprehensive plan for total yard updating/refreshing, giving us a much more attractive, cohesive design. She listened to our preferences, and ensured all was installed to our and her satisfaction. The crew was professional and efficient. We couldn't be happier.

I do not recommend this company. Very complicated system to do the job; very expensive quotes and doesn’t match with service you receive.

Whoever is driving the Ford F-150 with plate SGD-7577 drives like a maniac. Driving right behind people, cutting people off and not even bothering using signals.

Untimely. Unprofessional. Bait and switch tactics to provide one price, then another that is almost double the original quoted price. Arrogant, rude owner. That's fine if you do good work, which I cannot confirm, but you don't have to be an ass about it.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I called to have someone come out and was given a window of 8am-12pm. Towards the end of the window I called to follow up only to be told that my appointment was canceled because the person I spoke to “didn’t get my number down” and they were unable to call to confirm the appointment.
I agreed to move the window to 1pm-5pm since I had already taken the day off only to be called back at 4pm to be notified that they would not be able to come out. When I expressed my frustration of losing an entire day waiting for them to come out they only offered me a paltry 10% discount for the inconvenience.
If this is how customers are treated prior to receiving service, I can only imagine how poor the follow up would be if needed. I will not be doing business with this company and will make sure anyone i know who needs irrigation work or any type of landscaping steers clear of Bonick Irrigation.
