Our journey with CWF so far has been great! From the beginning, communication has been effective and everyone we have encountered has been polite and professional. Joshua has been able to answer our questions in a timely manner and we can tell he has our best interest in mind. We also had the pleasure of meeting John who came out to set up machines around our home to tackle the water damage. His kind and upbeat demeanor was refreshing! He worked very hard setting everything up and did it all with a smile on his face and answering any questions we had. So far we are very pleased with the CWF team.

I’m just the tenant here but I couldn’t be more impressed with the service that I received today from CWF Restoration. It started out great with Josh and his same day response time but my hats off to Christian and Julians who were my technicians today. There professionalism went above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this company and specifically this crew to anybody in need of there water mitigation services. 👍🏼👍🏼👌🏼💯

CWF Restoration is incredible. They scheduled us right away, understanding how challenging and frustrating it is to deal with water damage. Rueben arrived right on time to inspect the situation and give us a run down of what to do next. He was so kind and patient! Christian and Julian came out to remove the carpet padding and set us up for the drying process. I literally cannot say enough good things about these gentlemen. They were so kind and professional, really helping us understand what to do every step of the way. They absolutely went above and beyond to make us comfortable. If I could give these guys 100 stars, I truly would.

I enthusiastically recommend CWF Restoration. They responded right away when I had a large mold problem and gave me speedy, courteous, and sympathetic attention along with excellent service and minimal inconvenience. Josh, Michael, Julian and Christian turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.

Excellent people and workmanship. What looked like it was going to be a large demolition project (requiring an equally large reconstruction effort) turned out to be much simpler. The team took a surgical approach to the demolition, applied all the microbial stuff, cleaned up after, dried everything out, and picked up their equipment without incident. Well done and highly recommend.

Julian and Braden came out to Dallas after driving all the way from Longview and turned a really stressful situation into a joyful experience, I was really impressed that they showed up at the time of day and how hard they worked, I recommend CWF!

We had a leaking pipe in our walls over the holidays. Axel and Andres with CFW Restoration here in North Texas took care of our rebuild. Customer service and craftsmanship were excellent. Couldn't have asked for a better duo. Highly recommended!

Had a water leak and the plumber recommend CFW. I called and they were at my house in less than 2 hours. I had already had the leak fixed so they immediately put up fans and dehumidifiers to dry things out. Mario was the manager who was excellent as was Blane who did the job. They were so careful, neat and clean. Protected all the floors, countertops and cabinets. They also worked with my insurance company to expedite the process and claim.
I highly recommend this company.

CWF has great people Julian and Eric helped a ton to give through and honest service. CWF just set up my wall to dry from damage left by a plumber who I should never have hired to go in the attic. The drying setup is much better than plans from other companies.

Daniel and Alfonso were attentive, prompt, and explained every detail. Great to work with and very efficient. If you need this service, they are the team to use

CWF did a great job getting us taken care of. Josh (Project manger) and Julian & Christian (Field Team) were all very respectful. They ensured I was informed of every detail from when they would arrive to what they were doing and why they took great pride in their work and great care in ensuring they treated our home like their own!

Joshua Black with CWF, is absolutely fantastic! He's friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and always willing to help. He's come out for 2 different estimates and was fantastic to deal with each time. He takes time to explain what CWF will do to mitigate your damage and prevent mold, takes time to explain everything in an easy to understand way, and is honest and up front about everything. I highly recommend call him if you have water damage to your home!

We had an oven fire and CWF came the same day to help us! Eric did our assessment and then Casey and Kyle came to do the cleaning. All three were incredibly professional and helpful. I highly recommend the company!

CWF helped us take care of our water damage and mold problem very quickly. Andrew came out the same day to assess the damage and he was very helpful with coming up with a plan and walking us through our options, he was very honest with the condition of our home and upfront about the pricing which we appreciated. They then had their crew come out the very next day to begin the remediation process. Julian and Christian were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with making sure every spot of mold was removed and cleaned from beneath our crawl space. They did an amazing job and we are confident in their restoration process. Both days they all worked after hours without complaint and were very diligent in their work. We are very thankful for all of their help! Definitely use them if you are needing any kind of water damage repair or mold mitigation!!!!

I recently had a water issue at my main bathroom home in Plano, and Christian and Julian from CWF Water Mitigation team went above and beyond to help. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, kind, and incredibly customer-focused. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions.

What really stood out to me was their integrity. In a situation where some companies might try to upsell or take advantage, Christian and Julian were honest and focused on what was truly needed. It’s rare to find people who care more about helping than making a quick buck, and I’m grateful for that.

Very thorough and professional. Every step is explained and detailed in the billing. The tech that did our evaluation was Joshua, and he was very nice and a real pro engineer.

Our water heater decided to loose its water late Tuesday night 1/14/2025. I was referred to CWF Restoration by my son Kris Follmer. Josh was out here the next morning to inspect the damage and he explained what CWF would do for us step by step. The next day Frankie and Christian were out to open up the damaged wall and pull up the damaged flooring. They set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out affected areas. All of them have made this experience less stressful for me and my husband. I would highly recommend CFW to family and friends. CFW deals directly with our insurance company and we are excited to move on to the next steps getting back to normal. Will update in future. Thank you

As the project manager, Eric's knowledge, communication and responsiveness were excellent, and the technicians Julian and Christian were timely, professional, courteous, friendly, and I could tell they were very well experienced. I cannot think of anything negative to say about these fine gentlemen. I will definitely keep CWF Restoration in mind if I ever require this type of service again. Highly recommended!

Eric was very thorough and helpful, answered all my questions and took the time to write up two separate quotes to consider. I was late to our scheduled time and he waited without complaint or annoyance.

Eric, Christian And Julian Were Absolutely A Saving Grace. I Have Had The Worst Luck Imaginable In The Last Month And I Was Afraid It Would Continue With My Issues That Happened In My Home. These Guys Broke My Unlucky Streak With The Most Amazing Kindness And Professionalism I Have Ever Seen. They Far Exceeded My Expectations And Was A Pure Joy To Do Business With.
