Russell came out on very short notice and quickly assessed my issue. He spoke to me in terms I understood and advised me on what to do. He is extremely competent and made me worry less. Thanks for being there for us!

R&D Electrical services are top notch! Whether they are doing a new install or repair they take the time to explain the why's, how's and because's of what they are doing or what is needed.

The folks at R&D Electrical are trustworthy and will give a fair estimate for commercial, industrial, retail, and medical electrical needs. Don and Ramiro are as professional as they come.

Mike performed a very professional, on time, clean installation. Price quoted was final price, no surprises. Very thorough and meticulous installation. Job well done!

Integrity and keeping your word are almost a thing of the past. Not at R & D! The entire team is helpful, honest and ethical. If you miss ‘old school’ and being valued as a customer call the guys at R & D Electrical.

I was building our house in Ellis County and they were recommended by a friend . I called Don to ask if he would give me a bid on the electrical and he did . There office is 90 miles north of where we were building . They were always on time, he had a few employee problems, but he always stood by his word and took care of it . Don himself came out two times during to process and did the work himself . I would use R & D Electrical again with out an hesitation . Good group of guys .

Johnny on the spot when it comes to Service!!!

As a Facilities Director, I've never worked with a company that pays as close to detail as this R&D. Even when they've run into a little job that turns into a can of worms. All repairs are handled professional, no patch work done to just make it work. While working on a service call or new installtion, they will report any other concers as they run across or point out items that need attention that my in house technician can do.

Working with Don is great. He has that old school way of thinking. Where a person's word should mean something and stand behind it.

Where R&D can, they dated and signed parts replaced. Making it easy to track the repairs, warranties, or workmenship. If you are willing to leave your name behind on your work, to me it shows that you believe in what you do and are willing to stand behind your work.

When working with this company it was as if they didn't know which way to screw in the light bulb. I informed one of the employees of my concerns. After it was all said & done I knew those concerns had been totally disregarded. Needless to say I won't be working with this company in the future.

We needed some outlets fixed and some put in so we could wire in a door bell. The original quoted price was 1500 and I was fine with that but half way through he changed it too 2200 because it was a harder job than they expected. I understand a quote is a quote but waiting till the end of a job to raise it that much is ridiculous. He should have stopped and said how much it was and let me approve the new amount. In the end I paid 2k by taking two plugs off but I just found the last minute invoice to be underhanded.
