Daniel and his team arrived early every day and did an incredible amount of work within one week. He kept me informed of any additional issues. He purchased all the paint and supplies for me. They protected my household with plastic along the cabinets in the kitchen and draped over furniture and taped paper on the floors in high traffic areas and where they were going to work. Superior workmanship on all framing and paint. Very skilled team and always pleasant. I highly recommend Daniel Rodriquez’s company Maintenance and Remodeling Services.

My experience was fantastic. We were dealing with an HOA required paint job and we got a quote almost immediately after calling. A very reasonable quote. Then we had to wait almost a month for the HOA to give us approval to paint what they told us to paint. I was worried that they wouldn’t be available to do the job quickly because of the delay but it was completed within days of us contacting them. They are now my go-to company for house painting. We will absolutely use them again when the HOA sends us a letter about something else next month.

It was a great experience working with Jairo and his crew. They were professional, showed up on time, and did a great job. I had many questions and Jairo patiently answered all of them and offered good ideas and options. I had to Sheetrock my entire garage and install HardiePlank for the lower part because I live in a flood zone. I will definitely be calling them back for the next project on my list. I am extremely pleased with the work done. I was provided a detailed bid, thoroughly describing what they would do. The crew was timely and professional in their appearance. They repaired several cracks in sheetrock, painted the walls and ceiling, replaced an old light fixture with recessed cans and replaced a door handle. Everything looks great, high quality work at a fair price!

We referred him to a friend of ours, and that person was also delighted. Our friend and I said that we didn't want to share his name with others as he will simply get too big and too busy and will no longer able to work on our smaller projects...LOL!

Daniel and his crew are fantastic. They are very detail oriented and extremely professional. They have done numerous projects around our house and we’ve been pleased with everything. Kitchen done, next up, bathrooms. They are very tidy as well, you hardly know they are there.
