Mister Sparky is the place to go for all your electrical needs! They were very responsive and came out quickly to help get what I needed going! I appreciate all that they do! Jaret was the tech who came out and did an excellent job hooking up my 3 way smart switch and let me know how to do them should I want to install them on my own. Thank you Mr. Sparky! You have earned my business for as long as I am near Houston!

Mr Sparky of Katy sent out one of their technicians Joshua. They made sure I knew all about him before he arrived. He was the friendliest nicest person ever. He was very thorough and professional and experienced. He discovered many problems I didn't even know I had, many issues were in the breaker box, he updated and repaired them all and he also added a breaker box surge protector. Joshua checked every Outlet in the house, outside the house, in the garage and discovered many of them were not installed properly and most didn't have the trip switches that are needed if they're near a water source. Therefore all the ones that were not properly installed were were replaced with proper new ones. Joshua also went through and checked all the smoke detectors and we decided to update them with newer technology that also include carbon monoxide so all of the smoke detectors were replaced throughout the house. Joshua was here for almost 12 hours and didn't leave until every single thing was working properly and done right. With all these upgrades and repairs I feel much safer now!!
I really appreciate him and this company, they are one of the best companies I've ever used for servicing electrical problems in my home. They are now on my list for any problems I may have in the future!

I was very impressed with Mister Sparky from start to finish. I was quickly contacted after requesting an appointment via their website for ceiling fan installations. My technician was Richard and I was even further impressed. He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. He took the time to explain all necessary details and answered all my questions. I am blown away by the customer service and the amazing service I received. Tina, first and foremost was amazing on the phone getting me set up for a consultation. Christine & Louis were so friendly and helpful in regards to my appointment and finally Jaret was personable, knowledgeable, efficient and got my new lighting installed in a few hours.
