I was really impressed with the area rug cleaning service. Because cleaning the crew's professionalism, my rugs are immaculate now.

Not even gonna lie I didnt expect this level of cleanliness the stains were deep but they handled it easily

I would not bring these people in my house they are nothing but crooks they told me a $130 on the phone when they got here they demanded $600 they were getting ugly with me in my own home I had to remove them what police

It's not very impressive. They did carpet cleaning with Walmart renting equipment. Bad experience.

Poor business, ran poorly. Drivers are not vetted, could not enter gated community because did not have driver’s license, that was last week. Rescheduled. No show today for the same reason. Contacted company to find this out. Wanted to speak to the owner/manager. Not available. Was hung up on when voiced my displeasure ( not rudely, no vulgarity, just firmly).
Not a business that needs to be patronized. Don’t use them. Lots of others to choose from.

Don’t bother calling them! They give a different quote on phone and then the technician tries to fleece with a much higher quote. Now I get the already very low 2.7 rating! Waste of time even to call them to check and give a quote! The technician seems incompetent even when u talk to him! Making false promises on removing old stains! Scam I think!

Damaged my hardwood floors and have been calling daily for 2 weeks asking for a return call from Mike the owner. I also tried emailing him twice and still no response at all. The carpet cleaning service provided was not good either and now I have several stairs damaged from the technician dragging the carpet machine over them and unable to get any response or call back. So $300 dollars for a bad carpet cleaning and likely another $300 dollars to fix my floors. Scam company, don't waste your time. Other reviews are likely fake.
