Jeremy Woods was such a pleasant person to talk to and work with! He is friendly, extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful!! He showed up on time on a Saturday at that and resolved my AC/plumbing issue. He took his time to carefully inspect and explains the issue thoroughly. Jeremy also provided great advice to help maintain my AC and was super patient with my 100 questions lol. Jeremy’s advice and upbeat attitude mean a lot to a first time homeowner like myself! Thank you so much!!! I am very happy with the service today!

Jefferson is a great guy! Very helpful and friendly. He took the time to explain what was wrong with the unit and what it would take to repair. Our house central AC system failed during the hot season here in TX, and we decide to call ‘One Call Houston AC’ (Also known as ‘Air Tech of Katy’), as they have a 24h emergency service and sure enough one of the technicians, -Peter Martinez- showed up at our house even at that late night time. He checked the unit and took pics and videos, and diagnosed a leak in the evaporator, and recommended its replacement. He filled a report, and send the quote with the fix straight at the same time of the diagnoses providing a few options to consider. We called and consulted other AC company before deciding, and they came up with the same cause, but they were certainly a lot less efficient in providing quotes and alternatives fast, suggesting only a full unit replacement ($$$$) as they didn’t want to use different brand (the one faulty was known to be defective and no longer offered as replacement by its manufacturer). So, we called Peter, and he was very accommodating to schedule a replacement (with a different 1st tier brand part) very fast, as they have parts in inventory readily available. He also returned to our home next day and refilled with refrigerant so we had our AC back (even though as temporary relief) until the replacement of the part was completed (which was done two days later). He actually quoted and installed an improved evaporator unit, and showed up after the replacement to verify and check the job done by the installers. I like to note that this company is flexible to cover the cost of the fix, as it also offered me options to pay the job in parts -with no interest- in case you need to finance the repair -which I didn’t-. But we decided to subscribe to the program for regular maintenance with this company as they’re fast, honest and provide fixing options in case of a failure. Peter was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable and focused in providing solutions and getting things done fast, with professionalism and using only top tier brands for parts and a quality, providing peace of mind with the job performed and assuring that it will last. Also warranty provided was excellent: with 10yrs for parts and 2yrs for labor included in the quote. I really recommend this company and its Technicians. Overall, very helpful and a good experience.

Shane and his helper changed my water heater in less than 4 hours. Nicholas provided quick support by bringing a specialized tool and Bob checked my AC and explained the process beforehand. They gave me a fair price, compared to other quotes I received. There were no hidden charges. Workmanship was spot on and they cleaned up after themselves. Great job guys! 👍👏🤝

Efrim Jefferson came out and checked my water heater and confirmed that the issue I am seeing is not normal. He listened to what I had to say, was pleasant and easy to talk to and I am positive he will have me in good hands come repair time.

I recently had my AC unit break down during a heatwave, and I called Air Tech of Katy for help. The technician, Michael Lui , arrived promptly and was incredibly professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain the issue with my unit and walked me through the repair process. It was clear that he had a lot of experience and knew exactly what he was doing. He was also very polite and answered all my questions!

Professional, prompt, thorough, accommodating and efficient service! Very knowledgeable. Cleaned everything up before leaving. I would highly recommend Mr Rodriguez and his crew to anyone needing a new A/C.

They care about customer satisfaction and are good at what they do. The manager, Shane, and the lead technician, Daniel, are great to work with.

We called yesterday because our AC was not working properly. It was intermittently cooling and not cooling. We set up a visit for today and AirTech of Katy responded quickly and fixed our problem. It was diagnosed expertly by Mike Liu and fixed within 30 minutes. I can’t thank them enough for the expert and professional help. Really pleased to have found this company a few years ago.

Matt was fantastic, very open about testing and diagnostic done. Aloud me to observer and explained what he was doing. Went the extra step to check multiple components to make sure or a proper diagnosis and not a false positive. Highly recommend Matt and the company

On time, very knowledgeable. Did an assessment on my AC unit, and quoted for replacement. Very high numbers, unsure if overpriced or not. But overall, did great job with what I needed.
