I would advise to go somewhere else. Paid too much for the problem to come back again.

This place is TERRIBLE! The representative on the phone, Kim Murray, was extremely rude and didn't even understand the issue I was having. As I was trying to schedule the technician that lady hung up on me. I would recommend going somewhere else. Don't even bother giving them any of your time or money.

Terrible service. The rep came to my house and demanded to be paid before providing any services. He was seemingly making up his own policies. Extremely bad attitude seemed to have a short temper. He decided to just leave after doing absolutely nothing. I would give less than a star if that was possible. Avoid at all costs. Terrible business

Company sent representative to assess our need for a/c repair replacement for a warranty service company. The service person wrote a report to the warranty company that included enough falsehoods for the warranty company to reject our claim. He said that I told him, or he deduced from the condition of our air handler unit that we had have service performed on the unit within the last six months. That is an outright lie. We have not had service performed on the unit. We have had 3 other companies inspect the unit to determine whether it should be repaired or replaced. All agreed it was not serviceable and needed replacement.
