Bill Anderson Air is the Best of the Best! They are true professionals in their trade. They were quick to return our initial call, quick to send out a technician to look at our unit, and focused on the true issue instead of trying to sell us something we truly didn't need. Once the issue was identified, they had replaced the unit within a few hours and we were back in service with cool air. Just like the last time we used them, they registered our new unit with the manufacture's warranty and took care of that for us. Their focus on customer service with consistent communication and follow-up is impressive! This was our 3rd time to use Bill Anderson Air and they will continue to be our go-to for HVAC.

When my AC went out I received many quotes and most were ridiculously high. I was being sold crazy packages. I looked on Nextdoor and there were multiple positive reviews on Bill Anderson Air so I decided to give them a try. They sent someone out the same day to see what was wrong and turns out I didn’t have to replace everything the other places were telling me I had to. I not only saved money but also got really fast service. My new unit was installed the next day by a great team. Everyone I spoke to was amazing and would recommend to anyone who is looking for honest and hard working business.

We had been having ongoing problems with our upstairs a/c unit not cooling. We called Bill Anderson Air because they were highly recommended by numerous families in our neighborhood. They were able to quickly come out and assess our problem. Recognizing that our a/c unit would continue to have problems due to age and poor quality, we decided we would go ahead and replace the unit. Bill Anderson Air gave us a quote and we then obtained quotes from two companies. Bill Anderson’s quote was a tiny bit cheaper than the others but had the added benefit of a better warranty. We opted to go ahead with Bill Anderson Air and were scheduled to have the install done two days later. They arrived on time and were polite, professional and kept everything neat and tidy. They registered the new unit with the manufacturer and sent us the paperwork for our records. We are very please with Bill Anderson Air and would gladly use them again.

We have had various A/C companies in the past, but we will never use anyone other than Bill Anderson Air again! Our A/C unit died in the middle of summer right after we moved into our new house with a baby, and they managed to squeeze us in and come out the same day. We have used them for more than 3 years now, and we are never going back.

I have used Bill Anderson Air for several years now and they have the best customer service hands down. I have talked with Liz and Ron many times regarding needs and appointments. They are both super friendly and very helpful - always. Bradley is a neighbor and the technician who consistently comes out to service our units when we have issues. He has the best attitude - despite working in triple digit temperatures - is very friendly and understanding. These guys are top notch!

I was looking for a small business HVAC company to do maintenance on my 18 year old unit so I could cultivate a relationship before I needed to replace my unit. Bill Anderson AC fit the bill perfectly. They were kind, informative and no pressure from the lady who spent lots of time answering my questions when I booked the appointment to the installation team that replaced my evaporator coil. They do not try to sell you components that are not needed. Everyone that works there is relative who has “ skin in the game”. So glad I was able to find them.

Great Company. Andrew came around today to fix a weird issue with our outside condenser. Solved the issue quickly and problem gone. Even identified the part was under warranty which I would not have known and replaced it for a fraction of the cost if he had not been absolutely honest. That is massive in my book, and they have a customer for life now. Thank you again.

Our neighbor referred us to Bill Anderson Air to diagnose a problem with one of our air conditioners. A Service Advisor came to our house and quickly identified the problem with the one A/C unit and further checked out the other A/C units. From that point on Bill Anderson Air provided outstanding and timely service at very reasonable cost. We could not have been more pleased with their work! Further Bill Anderson Air filed warranty papers with manufacturer and sent us completed manufacturer warrenty papers.

Great company. They replaced the two AC units at my house. They do excellent work from the moment you first engage until they complete the job, providing clear information, good competitive pricing, answering all questions promptly, communicating amongst them very well, and doing a good job on-site the day of the install. They run their business very well.

Bill Anderson Air had been maintaining our AC units for a few years. They are very responsive when ever there is a problem. I also truly appreciate their honesty and great customer service. Their employees and crews are very professional, honest and timely. Highly recommend them for any service you may need. We recently had to replace a coil in one of our units and they had us back up and running in less than 24hrs from when I gave them a call.
