Ken is the real deal! He came in and diagnosed what was wrong with 10 to 15 minutes. He’s very professional and knows exactly what he’s doing. Bottom line is if you have anything going on with your HVAC system Ken is your guy to call!

Woke up to my downstairs thermostat at 78 with setpoint at 74 so I knew something was wrong.

Done Deal was able to come out quickly, only 2.5 hours after I called them first thing in the morning which is very much appreciated when temps are hitting triple digits and got everything fixed up.

Done Deal came to inspect and eventually replace my heater and induction fan. The job had a hiccup as they caused some damage to drywall and woodwork getting the old unit out of the attic. Ed worked diligently and persistently on the follow up to make sure the repairs were satisfactory everything looked good as new.

Responsive, professional. I would do business with these guys again.

Great experience using this company. We called other companies and they all wanted to send a sales guy who didn’t know anything about our hvac components. We called done deal and ed gave us a “no hassle price” over the phone. We even added ducts because they made the price so reasonable. Mr Ed is my best friends Husband . When we were in a dire situation they came in one day and came out and fixed our heater!
