Terrible business practices!

I called them and told them I had replaced the thermal whatever in my water heater a couple of years ago and the pilot went out that morning and I couldn't get down there to relight it. I said I knew it was something simple because I'd watched YouTube videos on it and I knew I didn't need a new water heater. I made an appointment but I cancelled it because I didn't wanna pay $75 just for them showing up. Just before the time for the cancelled appointment I got a call from the service technician. He kept trying to tell me I needed a new water heater. I told him my neighbor who has a heating and air conditioning business was already looking at it. Turned out the big red button you have to hold down while you click the pilot lighter button was sticking. My neighbor cleaned it off and wouldn't take a dime for the help.
