24/7 Plumbing did a great job on our plumbing. They sent Brandon K. out immediately and he was excellent, explained everything, and fixed our problem. Brandon knew what he was doing and I would definitely recommend Brandon K. and 24/7 Plumbing.

Brandon and Justin did a great job on my issue! If I need anything further they’ll be the first call I make.

24/7 Plumbing was a pleasure to deal with. They were friendly, extremely responsive and very professional. Cameron explained everything very clearly with no pressure to choose a more expensive option. He also did great work. The price was very fair.

Had to have our water heater replaced. Tyler is the technician we ask for. They sent him out to do an inspection which he did. We had an electric but because we had gas installed after the big freeze he recommended replacing with a gas heater. Later that day they sent a quote for gas and electric. We sent a reply back to go with the gas. This was on New Year’s Eve so did not expect a reply until after New Year’s Day. They contacted us first think Thursday AM and set up the install for Friday Am. Tyler and his assistant showed up on time and promptly went to work. They also had to have a roofer come out to install a chimney vent tube 24” above the highest roof line. They removed the old electric water heater and the water connections that were incorrect from that heater. They also had to rebuild the emergency drain line as it was also not built out of the correct type material. This is a very professional installation done by true craftsmen who have a passion for the quality of the work they do.
I highly recommend 24/7 plumbing of Katy for any plumbing work you need done.

Michael Miller is very professional, communicative, and efficient. We are so thankful for him to come in the middle of the night to fix our water main pipe. He was so patient with us answering all our questions and explaining everything clearly. The price is reasonable and the work was done excellently. The whole process was smooth.

Amazing..Tyler and Zack went right to the root of the issue within 2 minutes of listening to the problem. Got my kitchen sink drain line cleaned and got it to work in 30 minutes. I had several other plumbers come take a look and make up all kinds of nonsense stories… Tyler knew exactly what to do and did it. Talk about being no-fluff, super efficient and knowing your stuff. Highly recommend these guys.

Brandon did a thorough job repairing a sink leak that flooded our house. He was available on short notice. He was very friendly and I will definitely use him if needed in the future.

My technician Brandon is very knowledgeable. I’ve used him and this company on several occasions very dependable when you called and set up an appointment the time window is very reasonable. It’s not all day and they always show up on time. I’m leaving this review because I’m very happy in 2025 to have a company that stands by what they say.I would recommend this company to anyone and the technician Brandon very smart very respectable and very caring. The repairs that I received from this company was a showerhead faucet that need to be repaired that only pull out hot water toilet stool that need to be receded. Had a little leakage master bedroom, new toilet repair and the prices that I receive from 2407 plumbing was better than any other companies

Our water heater broke and needed to be replaced. The office person ( I wish I could remember her name) was very helpful. The technician Tyler C was great and explained what the issue was and what my options were. We opted for a replacement and he handled everything from there. We got our replacement water heater that afternoon. Service was exceptional and they made the process easy

Awesome reliable and trusting ...Blake was A1 service. ... I'm very skeptical of the everything but these guys totally understand your plumbing emergencies! They come professionally ready to get it done!! I like that!!

We were having a new tile floor put in. When the tile guys were about to move the washer, they saw that the hot water cutoff was broken. It needed to be repaired ASAP so they could move the washer and remove the old tile. I explained I needed the plumbers ASAP. Brandon and Justin came within the promised window of time. They explained exactly what needed to be done. The work was done in a timely manner. We were very pleased.

Excellent services. We had gas leaks and 24/7 Plumbing helped us same day with timely manner. Blake Havins solved the issue and impoved gas plumbing line near stove. Thanks 24/7 Plumbing.

My house is a 1974 single family home. It came with original pipes which meant galvanized. I was hopeful to upgrade the pipes so that I wouldn’t have brown water and sediment coming from the system when I turned on the faucet. They came out in a reasonable amount of time according to the window that was given and they cleaned up and they were prompt and efficient. And super respectful, they didn’t really make a lot of noise and they explained everything when they got done. Very very good work, highly recommend. Will call on them again if I need any plumbing done.

Giving company 5 star for Tyler being honorable. He showed up on time. Gave me a quote for 1400 dollars for air switch and kitchen sink faucet. I told home he depot carries the air switch for 50 dollars and the faucet they carry for 100 dollars. Offered to pay him 200 dollars to install them just himself. He declined. The quote was a rip off and horrible. Tyler gets the 5star review

Update: 10 months later..
We woke up to find our water heater was leaking in the attic. Thank goodness for the guys at 24/7 Plumbing Co! Michael, thank you for taking my call and working us in! Brandon and Tyler, thanks for being sweet with our dogs and more importantly getting the job done quickly and efficiently. Brandon and Tyler were able to come out, assess the situation and uninstall the old one, install a new one and handle all clean up etc. ALL IN ONE DAY!
I’m telling you these guys are the best for your plumbing needs.

Will always call them when we have need and highly STILL recommend!

My hot water heater started leaking Sunday morning. I called them up then it was replaced by about one o'clock in the afternoon. I was very impressed with Preston. He was very easy to get along with and thoroughly understood what he was doing.
