Submitted an appointment request online, a very friendly and helpful woman called me and set me up for later in the day (per my request) and called me prior to them showing up. Eder was prompt, friendly, professional, and straight to the point. No B.S., no upselling, no service plans. Got right to the issue, told me what had to be done and what the price would be before he started. We agreed to move forward and he got the work done with no issues. Efficent, quality and reasonably priced is hard to come by as a package these days. I will definitely call Ory’s again if we have anymore issues in the future. Thanks Eder!

I have used Ory's on 2 occassions, once for my home + rental duplex in Heights. Charlie, came to 1 with a plumbing issues & Rick came to Heights recently to run a new line for Centerpoint's new meter & replaced hot water heater. The issues of a historic property added to the way repairs/replacement could be done. Both were handled very professionally & with respect to the property & owner. Highly recommend!

Professional Service, quality work, and not trying to rip you off on price. They were recommended to me by a co worker who had his entire home re-piped by them. We used them to remodel our bathroom. Since then I have used them on numerous occasional from small stuff to busted pipes in the attic. Great plumbing company.

I have five kids, I cook every meal, and Rick squeezed me in early in the morning to help me out because my probelm was with the kitchen sink. Rick didn’t leave until he knew the job was done right. Ory’s plumbing services do an excellent job. Charly scheduled the repairs on the same day. They do a good job fixing the leaking pipes and installing or replacing the plumbing fixtures. I recommend them to my friends and to my clients.

Recently needed a pretty expensive plumbing repair, Orys came quickly and charged considerably less for the job than a local competitor. Also, Ric was easy to work with. He's super friendly, helpful, and responsive to calls/texts.

Rick came to check a possible gas leak to our generator’s regulator. I found him very professional, knowledgeable and also not pushing to have a part replaced unless it was absolutely necessary. He patiently explained to me what the issue was and after I gave him additional details, it became clear for both of us that the regulator needed to be changed. He told me the price and when they could come back to change the part. They did so today with the same professionalism. I’ll definitely keep ORY’s contact details for my next plumbing issue!

Eder provided excellent service. We had two kitchen sinks that would not drain . He solved the problem quickly with the plumbing snake tool. He was thorough, efficient, and polite. He arrived right on time as well. I would use Ory's Plumbing again for our plumbing repair needs.

Recently used this company for a leak found in my garage. They were very professional and courteous to speak with and were able to send someone that same day. Their plumber, Rick, came to our house and diagnosed what the problem was, and let me know what his recommendation would be to fix the issue. We had Rick perform the needed repairs, and are extremely pleased with the work done. I was very impressed with Rick's knowledge and professionalism, going out of his way to make sure we were taken care, and all my questions were addressed. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Definitely recommend to anyone needing their services, and would hands done ask for Rick every time.

Orys plumbing did an amazing job. They were able to come out quickly for our emergency leak. Our specialist came out and found the issue right away and was able to have everything fixed within a couple hours. They are very friendly and professional! Recommend to anyone who needs a plumber.

Have used in past for all plumbing issues at my home, and it’s always great service from Ory’s. Called this morning for a drain clog fix, and a technician was at my home in under half an hour. Incredibly professional and polite, he diagnosed the issue quickly and the provided solution effectively and in a super timely manner. He even cleaned up the bathroom after unclogging the drain and having to lift the toilet. Always 10/10 service, highly recommend.

Rick, from Ory’s plumbing was on time, professional and friendly. Did some maintenance on our water heater and it continues to function well. Would definitely call them again for plumbing or hot water heater.
