As a 1st time customer, I was pleased that both service techs were efficient, courteous and respectful during the time they were working to unclog my bathroom sink drain.

Plumbers arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, made the repair under pretty arduous working conditions, and cleaned the worksite thoroughly.

Showed up promptly at the appointment time and had me fixed up in no time! Cleaned up after the repair and answered several questions I had about other plumbing issues. Jeff also checked out the water heater and a couple of pipes/hoses at no extra charge! I definitely recommend Polsgroves Plumbing and will use them again!

Had some work done off the gas meter for a generator. All I have to say is great service and job well done at a reasonable cost. Will definitely use them again when needed and would highly recommend.

Another wonderful service by Polsgrove. Russ and the team are respectful, honest, and communicative. Their rates were comparable to other independent companies and well less than the national plumbing brands for a re-pipe of a whole home. They placed floor protectors down, and have work mats for their tools and supplies. Nathan, Jesse, and Josh were wonderful technicians.

They came to help with an emergency- they showed up on time. Both were very friendly and courteous. They got to work assessed what needed to be done - picked up the necessary parts made the repairs, cleaned up.

I had Jeff from Polsgrove at my home today. Although was not on their schedule, I was able to get someone out at my home and ensure that things were working as they should. They recommended a change of corroded pipes for my water heater and even shared contact information for other issues that I had at the home. Polsgrove always treats every customer like family. Their care and attention to detail is exceptional, they are honest, fair, reliable and highly skilled. There isn’t anyone else I will trust with my plumbing besides Polsgrove!

Jeff is the plumber that came to my house. He was very polite and knowledgeable and did a great job. The office on the other hand got things a little mixed up a couple of times during this job. I would definitely recommend them just stay on top of the office .
