Have used these guys for full replacement on 3 different a/c units on my personal home and rentals as well as other work. Very professional and they do a GREAT job at a good price. I'm very picky. These guys get it done and do it well! Highly recommend you give them a try!

My air was out for 4 days during this heat, I was dealing but my little boy was not handling it very well and I couldn't wait until I got paid, they came out found the issue very quickly and did a check up on the rest and got our air turned back on, very professional and courteous. I couldn't be more grateful and my kiddos were able to sleep comfortably that night. Definitely going to be recommending them to anyone I hear needs thier system worked on.

This company's employees did an excellent job and worked with my home warranty. They were responsive on the phone when I called them to see if the equipment had come in. They came to install the AC equipment as promised and on time. They are very polite and did a great job for us!

I was having issues with cooling my house. James Edwards came out and informed me my unit was on its last leg. He gave options to replace or service the unit to see if it would help. I chose to replace the unit with the high efficiency unit. My house has never felt more comfortable.

I needed a new transfer vent as the old one looked like the cats had been sleeping in it. The first guys came and put the vent in but had some mishaps. I called the next day and they sent Zack out to assess the issues. He was awesome! Fixed everything with a quickness! Thanks Zack! Great Job!!

Very reliable and quick to have you scheduled in!!! Been a consumer with Integrity Services of Texas for 2 years now, had a brand new outdoor unit put in at a great price! Quick installation, and very professional! Had them service this year and was done with 10 minutes! SAVE TIME and call them!!!!!

Very professional, honest, and friendly. James explained the different options I had and never pressured me to take the expensive unit. Excellent work practices and completed in a timely manner. As a result, Integrity Services of Texas Heating and Air Conditioning will be getting my business in the future.

James and Ron came out within an hour of calling their office. Our house was 86 degrees this morning at 8am. James team came out since they were in the area and had up fixed up within 15 minutes and for less than most companies charge to just come out and look at the unit.

They were extremely helpful and informative of additional ways we could save money and get a new unit covered under federal rebate programs.

11/10 recommend!

We had an issue with the A/C unit at our rental home. I read good reviews about Integrity and gave them a call after 6pm. They answered and told me someone could come out the next morning. A short while later they called back to give me a specific window in the morning. I got a call the next morning to say they were on their way..and they were early! Fortunately the problem was fairly minor and they got a part replaced and were out of there in no time. They were very reasonable and really saved us for what could have been a major headache. We'll definitely use them again!

Integrity services of Texas sent out two of the finest gentleman I’ve ever met Shawn and Sean! They were spot on their diagnosis.
Importantly, they were quick and efficient. There was no wasted work time and when they left the climate control was operating at peak efficiency for it design parameters!!

We HIGHLY recommend Integrity. They show up on time and work hard to make sure the job is done well.
They helped us out on a holiday weekend last year to get our AC up and running so we called them this year to install a new unit.
They are very knowledgeable and do what it takes to make sure that the customer is satisfied.

My heat went out and Shawn and Zack where able to come out same day and fixt the problem. They were amazing at finding the problem and getting it fixed. Awesome experience from the moment I called James Edwards at Integrity Services for help with our air conditioner. He explained in detail our options. We decided to replace our old air conditioner to a newer more energy efficient unit. We are elated with the outcome of the results. It made a huge difference in our energy usage.
