He quickly diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond to fix it efficiently. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also explained everything in detail, ensuring we understood what needed to be done. The service was prompt, affordable, and high quality. Justin was wonderful. He came quickly and diagnosed our initial problem. I asked him to come back for another issue the same day and he again returned quickly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us two pricing options to replace the valve and trim in the shower, we chose to buy the materials ourselves. When he came to install it, there was more work than expected, but he didn't increase the price despite having to saw into the studs to place the new valve.
We will definitely call him again if necessary.

Toilet was clogged on a Saturday. After I tried several methods (that typically work), I called Liberty Drain and talked to Justin, who said he could be there around 3:00, He actually made it by 1:00 (he communicated with me ahead of time). Very polite and professional and was able to figure out/fix the issue pretty quickly.

Amazing experience! Arrived when he said he would, was courteous, clean, and listened to my whole long story of what was going on. Worked with me to save me money.
