Erik is incredibly capable, thorough, detailed, clear, responsive and what’s most important to me, kind. I love that the company, Mr. Electric, sends a confirmation text with the photo of the electrician and his background, so I’m not letting an unvetted stranger in my home, which is comforting. I think relationships in business and service teams are important, so I came with Erik when he left his last company. I’m so glad I did. I look forward to working with him on a large project I have coming up and on the little things as the occasion arises.

Mr. Electric, I can’t say enough good things about Aaron Alford! He came out and quickly diagnosed the problem right away. No hassle. Nothing but a great guy who is Super friendly, respectful, and clearly knows his stuff! I was afraid my home was unsafe and It’s such a relief finding an electrician you can actually trust — I’ll definitely be calling Mr. Electric again for any future projects! I’m sure they’re all competent, but I sure hope they send Aaron! He was beyond AMAZING!

Jake was amazing! He was here quick and able to get the electrical wires to my hot water heater extended so I could get power to it and get hot water back!
