Great experience as always. Became a customer when I had a long time issue with my HVAC last summer and they were the only ones that could fix it. They come out twice a year to ensure everything is running as it should. I would highly recommend.

Tyler and Spencer have both been out to our home to investigate our AC issues with our 27 year old unit. Very Professional and thorough. We had them install a new complete system in our house. Very happy with the finished product, and the installation process. They did exactly what they said they would do, kept us informed during the process, they laid down floor protection through the house, and cleaned up when they were finished! The owner, Tyler, was so fast to respond to us when our office Heating/AC unit went out on a very cold day. He gave a quote with photos showing us the damage and repairs that we needed. He also reported to us some issues that occurred with previous repairs (not completed by their company) for us to be on the look out in the future if something arises. He was VERY professional and efficient. We felt he was also fair priced and did a great job getting us up and running on such short notice. Tyler, we appreciate your hard work and honesty!

Great experience. Spencer was very friendly and knowledgable and helped to educate me through the entire process. He made recommendations around repairs but it never felt like I was being pressured to replace things or buy product. Tyler, our tech was super knowledgeable and professional. I had other companies come out and do maintenance on my unit at my previous location and none of them were as thorough as Tyler. So I decided to sign up for their maintenance club after my interaction with Tyler.

Called 1st Response to do a Heating Maintenance Check and was very pleased.
We also had them install surge protector and a float switch. Price was reasonable.

We hired their services based on the online reviews and I kid you not, we have no regrets. They are great! Tyler the technician is very knowledgeable, will answer any questions you have to the T and will also keep you on the loop of what’s going on by showing you were the problem is and what the process will be like to fix it. Prices are fair and quality is excellent. Will work with them again!

From the first phone contact, I was confident I was hearing truth. I appreciated information and education instead of a sales pitch. I was offered nothing as a ‘free bonus’, yet the final price was many thousands less. I recommend them highly to anyone who values prompt service, clean and careful work, and zero surprise ‘additional charges’ after the scope of work is agreed to and quoted. I have been pleasantly surprised by both how very quiet the unit runs, and that I am almost too cool with the thermostat set 6 degrees warmer than I ran the old unit.
