Air Squad's Technician Dylan was very professional and knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of information on what was done today. Also provided some prices on a new unit just in case we decide to go down that road. Very happy with everything.

Dylan L was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough evaluation of our air conditioner during which he located and fixed the problems. Dylan had the system running in short order, having llocated and removed packing material that had been inside the unit since the day it was installed. This packing material was blocking part of the fan and causing our system to operate with decreased efficiency. In other words, it was costing us money.

Our experience with Dylan L was very different from our experience with the previous company we contacted. They had urged us to replace our entire system, which is why we contacted Air Squad for a second opinion. In the future, we will definitely go with Air Squad!

Took his time to take pictures and explain some of his recommendations as well as making sure I was comfortable and getting all of my questions answered. I don’t need an air conditioning unit just now however his professionalism was top notch. I’ll definitely be asking for him when I reach out next time.

Hello AirSquad has been serving my houses for the past 8 years. We love all the technicians are very knowledgeable. Dylan is amazing he loves what he does and help owner understand everything about their units. I have memberships in 2 of my homes i recommend any homeowner or landlord to join and care for their unit so they will last long. Blessings to your company. Jheovany A. was both very courteous & professional. He gave my heating and AC system a thorough inspection, in the attic as well as the outside unit & all systems were functioning within normal parameters. He also changed the air filter out for me in the attic. He was here, done & gone in about 30 minutes.

Sam with Air Squad was great with today’s service! He was quick and efficient, and made one recommendation for a future visit. Something to keep an eye on but not immediate. I love that there was no pressure for add-on services during the service call. I used Air Choice for many years. I’m very pleased with the transition to Air Squad.
