Daniel was very professional and knows what is needed for an efficient pool operation. He made sure everything was working and made multiple trips back out to verify the settings.

Best pool company around and knows what they are doing

Daniel works fast, explains every he is doing, and answers all your questions . He personally followed up after he installed something’s to check their performance, and recommended a few things I could look at in the further that would save me money. Good experience, Great guys.

Needed a seal changed. Been having problems with current filter. Proud pools diagnosed the problem. And recommended a fix. In a couple days i had a proper filter for my pool. Everything is now working correctly. Problem solved. 5 stars

Daniel is very informative and helpful. He’s come through for me twice in a pinch now, once with lights and now with a booster pump. His pricing is good and the job is always cleaned up before he leaves!

I had Daniel come out and renovate my pool control system, do a salt conversion, and replace a pump. The system works beautifully now and he was helpful in showing the in and outs so I can keep it that way!

Proud Pools jumped on my project and completed it quickly and with quality. Very neat install. 100% professional contractor. As a contractor myself, I understand the quality-speed-cost triangle well. Poud Pools has mastered the triangle.

I can’t say enough about this quick response we received and as a new customer. The problem was accessed and he even went and got the part locally to fix it the same day! He sent pictures and communicated the issue fully before fixing with pictures and pricing. The service fee was also less than some others that I called and they wouldn’t even be out the same day! I will be using them again!

Just wow!! The name says it all Texas Proud!! I've had several companies service my pool but none to the standards this gentlemen presented. Not only did he clean the pool, he educated me on my system. I didn't believe some things he said so I jumped on the computer and searched online what we discussed and bam! Dude was spot on. They say you get what you pay for. Well with these guys you get that good feeling of money well spent, education, and extremely satisfied you got a great bang for your buck. I'm done bouncing from pool companies and glad to of found one I can trust to have a job well done and best of all, willing to educate!!! Im done talking you all can see how happy I am to of have found this company!!👍👍

Just bought a new home with a pool/spa/and water feature. Many problems have come up with the system, however Daniel and his team have been very prompt with a diagnosis, a thorough explanation as to what was going on, and a suggestion of how to fix the situation. The customer service is above and beyond, especially for these days. I would recommend them to anyone.

Pool has been great under their care. Above and beyond like during the freeze last year coming by to make sure the pumps were running.

Was able to come out the next day after calling late the day before! Daniel was able to assess the controller issue and replaced it by that afternoon. Did excellent work and was very professional. Highly recommend!

I called Texas Proud and Daniel called me back in about 10 minutes. He said he would get back with us "sooner rather than later". He was able to be at our house within the hour. Have had Great experiences with TPP. Daniel is very responsive, shows up when he says he will, gives good advice and fair quotes. No add on fees when things didn't go exactly as planned. Couldn't be happier with the work that's been done and the equipment installed.

Very happy with Daniel! We had a hot tub repair and he continued to trouble shoot and communicated with the manufacturer to get the correct parts after multiple attempts. We appreciate him never giving up.

Thank you Texas Proud Pools for helping us replace our pool pump motor. We called several places before them and no one was available or would even return our call. With Texas Proud Pools we got a quick response and the motor was replaced the next day. The price was fair and the communication was great. Will use again for our future pool needs.

Daniel is great. He came out the same day I called, gave me a fair quote to replace my filter and got it installed the same day. He did excellent work and did everything he promised to do. Highly recommend him for any pool needs.

Daniel is very knowledgeable and provided quick and professional service. He did a great job upgrading my automation and replacing my filter housing. He will be the only person I will be calling for pool service.

Daniel is one of the good guys, he knows what he's doing and he educates you on how to own a better pool. I called about a pump motor one afternoon, we talked and he was at the house the next morning replacing the motor. Very professional, quick and easy to talk to.
