While I appreciate Rocky’s fast response, nothing is more frustrating then being given a price just to charge more on an invoice. I called this company for service in regards my ac/heat system overflowing due to being clogged. He arrived to find the exact problem we had initially suspected, cleared the line and suggested a safety t-switch installation that would notify me of this occurrence before damage is done to my property. I agreed to installation, but prior to agreement asked the price of installation and labor. I was given a verbal response of $200. Rocky was here less than an hour to both clear my line and install this part. I was given an invoice of part cost $115 and labor $125, for a total of $240. No tax was added but why jump to $240 without explanation? I proceeded to look up this part to find that it’s only $20. Again, I appreciate the quick response, but highly disapprove of the sudden price change.
