Our AC wasn't working and they were able to get a technician the same day. The company does courtesy calls when to expect your technician. Jeff was very professional and explained the problem to me. We have used MES in the past and I've been happy with them.

David Rafael is very respectable. In and out and was very pleased at the job that was done. He got me back and cooling and still came even though he was 2 hours away. Please give him a raise!!

Great experience!! Great response time. Our technician Louie was very analytical during his evaluation. He performed a complete evaluation of our system and identified our primary problem. In addition, he installed some additional components to increase our systems performance including a new Honeywell thermostat. Louie was determined to get our system running for us which I highly respected. We have changed companies for our HVAC needs all due to Louie. A+++++

I have used MES for more than 5 years and they are always knowledgeable and on time and professional. They maintain the system they installed and it has been great! I love the maintenance plan options and they send reminders which is helpful and makes a difference keeping up with the regular maintenance needed on the system.

Ty and Louie were the technicians that came out to help us with our AC issues. They were quick to diagnose the issues, informative on tips moving forward, and had all of the parts to repair it on hand! They were a huge help and were awesome to work with.

Waymon Joyner was my technician. When my AC unit was not working, he checked out my unit thoroughly and kept me informed of each issue that was found. Very professional and although a bad outcome - coil had to be replaced due to a leak - he made sure all was taken care of and assured me that the unit would be repaired timely.

We had some unusual circumstances with the install and some pre-existing conditions in our house that made things difficult. The owner of the company followed up and made sure everything was taken care of correctly and that it was fixed as it needed to be. He recommended a great electrician who was able to squeeze us in quickly. The office staff was responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend them.

Mr Eric Emory was the tech that came out to the house. He was very friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.
We're getting a awesome system put in and at a good price too..

Jonathan G showed up at 10:30 and worked like a NASCAR pit crew on my condenser. He quickly diagnosed the issue...my motor seized up...had a replacement on the truck, and installed it in minutes! He double checked every part of my outside and inside units and even took a few minutes to tell me about the age of my equipment and in what condition it was in.

He explained the service agreement and even told me about rebates available when/if we replace the system in the future. Great job.

I have used Metro Express Service because of Robert he is a very good technician. I request him every time I need my unit serviced. I also used MES when I replaced my unit in 2014 they had an excellent team of workers. I have been very pleased with my services. I hope my technician Robert does not retire any time soon. He is excellent. I also referred my best friend n she used them for their new unit in 2015 r 2016. She n her husband were pleased too.

Our Technician Waymon arrived in time on a hot day, was thorough and worked quickly to repair our outdoor unit and also checked out the entire system to ensure it was ready for the summer. He did well to explain the repairs to us and advised us on steps we can take to save money on utilities. Cost was reasonable.
