I've been struggling to find someone who could repair my state of the art IQ Drive inverter technology heat pump after Bodine-Scott Air conditioning TOTALLY BOTCHED my installation. I've had 5 AC Techs try to repair my unit with no luck. Then my wife saw Four Seasons at the Home and garden show. They said they could fix it (even though they had never worked on a unit like mine). I would like to thank Judy who worked with Nortek to verify my warranty and track down the correct part. She was excellent about letting me know the status of my order. They then sent out Tony to install a new PCB EVX board. Tony was very knowledgeable about the latest Inverter technology. He had my unit up and running in no time! FIVE STAR SERVICE!

After a poor job being done by another company in my home, months of high light bills Four Seasons amazing staff came to the rescue and had to redo all the work. They not only started the job from scratch they also noticed my home lacked insulation. Thank you so much for cooling my entire house. I no longer have hot rooms but most of all for being so professional in explaining every detail. The install crews Ricardo, Jake, Ruben and Danny were awesome! I highly recommend Four Seasons!

During the summer it’s busy I understand but a call back a day and a half later. Not nice.

Unit about 3 years old and we have gotten to know these guys pretty well with all the issues we have had :-/ They have good service technicians, but the equipment is overpriced and completely underwhelming :( cannot recommend unless you have a surplus of money and love the company of a service tech...
