Brazos was quick to come out. Mark and his Dad were very friendly and had very reasonable pricing. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

We recently had Brazos repair a belly in our sewer line that involved ~40 feet of tunneling under our home. Mark carefully explained every aspect of the project to us. Great communication with everyone at Brazos throughout the week-long project. We have lived in Kingwood 20+ years and used many different plumbing companies but this was our best experience by far. We were impressed by Brazos' professionalism and expertise every step of the way. If you have any kind of plumbing problem to solve, this is the company to call.

This company 100% deserves the 5 stars they have. I was lucky enough to come across them when I needed maintenance on my water heater. They were prompt, professional and organized. We just moved to the area and fortunately they had worked on this house before and had notes from previous service. They answered multiple questions and took the time to walk around my house to show me things they had worked on previously as well as inspecting other items just to make sure they were good to go. Good to find hard working honest people.

The professionals at Brazos Home Services were employed to provide professional assessment of work performed by an unlicensed plumber. They thoroughly assessed the work and wrote a very detailed report for my attorney and insurance company. Great results!

Mark, his father & brother were excellent in providing services to replace our hot water heater. Very knowledgeable about product & bringing everything up to code. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Will be calling on them again for any plumbing problems & have already recommended them to our neighbors & family.

Great job done by Father and Son team. Tibu and Mark came out and changed out the 1/4 turn valve under the kitchen sink. Once the new valve was installed, they flushed the water line and checked for leaks. Job completed. Highly recommended.

We've hired Brazos three times now for different unrelated issues, and all three times they have been amazing. Recently, Mark stopped by to deal with some issues we were having with our sinks. He educated us and answered all of our questions. He resolved our plumbing issue within less than an hour. We'll definitely continue doing business with Brazos.

Update 6.18.24: We noticed a leak over the weekend and we knew exactly who to call. Brazos was quick to respond and was able to come to our home within a couple of hours. They fixed the issue and at a reasonable cost. I love that we have a dependable plumbing company to rely on. Y'all are the best.

Called for what I thought was a leak issue outside. Called on a Sunday and they had me set up for Monday midday. Came out, did some testing and looking around and concluded that neighbor must have left something on and near our property. Gave me some tips and tricks for checking, spent more than an hour with me and then didn’t charge anything. Brazos is always friendly and always quick to help. Will never use another plumber again.

Awesome service very friendly and treat you like family. They do great work and are very clean. They give you clear instructions on what to do with the equipments they install and are very easy to understand. I would most definitely use their service again with the amazing work they do. I even got it saved in my phone to make sure if any pipes or plumbing go wrong I will give them a call.

Brazos saved the day for me. The garden tub order from Lowes had a month wait for delivery. The night before delivery date, date was moved another month. I went to Lowes, cancelled original order and bought the biggest standard tub. Brazos, upon looking at tub advised on EXYRA expense required in moving plumbing and suggested they help look for garden tub.

Brazos located a garden tub and did the install the next day of original Lowes delivery and saved me on overall costs. They also helped me return the Lowes tub.

Brazos helped save a Lowes instalation disaster of a new gas dryer delivered. They were able to extend my gas pipe so the gas dryet can be moved to proper side of laundryroom. They were graciuos enough to reposition my washer and dry aftet their installation which is much appreciated. Wonderful customer service.
