Great experience hiring Pillar Plumbing to install our 1st tankless water heater. Both old water heaters were drained and removed from the attic and 2nd floor. The new Navien tankless system was installed and making hot water within 5 hours of the project start. Really enjoyed working with Tim and the crew! City of Houston inspector came out a few days later and passed without any problems. Will not hesitate to call Pillar Plumbing in the future for our plumbing needs.

Pillar Plumbing came out within an hour of me calling for help. Our main drain clean out was overflowing into the yard. Tim cleaned the drain and repaired the cracked lid in no time. He was fast, friendly, and cleaned up the entire mess. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

Kyle Coleman from Pillar showed up and did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. He answered all of our questions, gave us some great suggestions and was easy to talk to.

*UPDATE: We used Pillar Plumbing again, August 30th. Kyle Coleman came out to inspect our irrigation, etc to look for a leak as our water bill shot up to $800+ per month. He showed up precisely on time, looked at our meter, irrigation, etc and came to the conclusion that we were running our sprinklers way too long and too often. No leak detected by Kyle, just our stupidity of watering too frequent and too long of duration. $79 dollars.

Most plumbing companies would have sold us on the idea that we have a major leak and it would need to be repaired immediately, costing us thousands. Not Pillar Plumbing, they don’t work on commission and from my experience have been extremely honest with us.

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Pillar Plumbing. Needed my water heater replaced. Called on Tuesday morning, they came out that afternoon to give a quote, and replaced it the next day. Tim was extremely knowledgeable and professional, pricing was fair, and work was completed to the highest standards. They even took the time to fix a small leak I caused while swapping a sink valve during the time they had the water turned off. Didn’t charge any extra, and put just as much care into the secondary issue as they did the water heater. Will definitely use them in the future and would recommend them without hesitation.

Sam answered the phone when I called regarding a leak in my upstairs toilet. He dispatched his Plumber Pete almost immediately. Pete assessed the situation and made a complete repair within a couple of hours of my call. I am extremely grateful to both of them for their excellent service on Saturday!

Tim was on time and did an outstanding job fixing the leak under my kitchen sink. He was very polite and explained everything what he was doing and answered all my questions. Also he was wearing booties over his shoes which he put on at the front door. I recommend Pillar plumbing and will use them next time I need a plumber. Price was reasonable

Pillar Plumbing replaced our 18 year old Rinnai Tankless Water Heater with a Rinnai RE180i. Did a great job and appreciated the quality of work.
