Wonderful experience with HMS! My A/C went out on Saturday and another contractor was to service the following Monday through Home Warranty. The other contractor (NOT HMS) could not service due to an improper install leaving me stranded without repairs. Called several other companies-all too busy and had to schedule me a week out. I called HMS and Gary took time out of his busy day to come out the same day just to check it out. He ended up getting the repairs done in such a quick turn around during the hottest weeks so far. Without HMS I would still be sweating in my house. Amazing staff, great integrity, and quick, efficient execution. Highly recommend!!

Great experience with HMS Heating & Air conditioning, I called them late on a Friday evening, and they were there within the hour ! I had my kids coming home for the weekend and was so appreciative! Will definitely call them again!

Today was my first time using HMS Heating and Air. From the first week gone call with Jeanette, to the service visit by Andrew, everything went smooth. They were professional, friendly, and didn’t take long at all to fix our AC unit. Thank you for fitting us in your schedule so quickly. We will use them again for any heating and air conditioning needs.

HMS has been dependable and responsive with any issue we've ever had with our HVAC system. We just had a new system installed by HMS and they did a fantastic job. Gary was always polite, informative, and upfront with every encounter. The really great thing though? When our air conditioning went out, he lent us a window A/C unit so that we could at least sleep comfortably until they were able to come out and install the new system. Now that's great customer service!

Gary and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. They took a difficult task and provided a seamless solution. Fair and affordable!! I highly recommend these folks!!

If I could give this company 10 stars I would! Gary Hays did an amazing job fixing my A/C - not only did he fix the unit, but he took time to explain to me what was going on, things to do to keep the A/C running good and offered further service if needed. I contacted several companies when I had an emergency outage and HMS were the first to get back to me and made a special trip to come by and check out my issue. It was resolved within an hour and Gary instructed me on what happened and how to prevent it. I’m so grateful. I’ll be using them exclusively!

Our a/c quit running while we were on vacation in July, and we came home to a 90° house. We called a big name company, and when they said they couldn’t come out for another four days, we called HMS because they were local.

The owner came out within 2-3 hours of our call. Not only did he diagnose and fix our a/c problem, he also helped us figure out why our 3 year old unit had been having issues. My husband has hvac experience and could vouch for the integrity of the recommendation, and no pressure was put on us to have any changes made. It was clear that it was just a knowledgeable and helpful suggestion.

Highly recommend this company for their integrity, professional knowledge, punctuality, and care taken to make sure all possible problems were fixed.

Amazing company! Great customer service and they don’t try to nickel and dime you. They want to fix the problem without trying to bankrupt you and sell you a new HVAC system. 12/10 would recommend!

I worked with Gary at HMS and he was so awesome. Personable, friendly, and great at explaining to me my problem and options on how to get it fixed! We had an emergency leak and the arrived in an hour! We will definitely be using them again!

Jeanette was polite, thoughtful, and thorough while getting scheduling figured out to get our AC inspected ASAP. She got back to us very quickly (multiple times), on a Saturday nonetheless.

Gary was so polite, informative, and friendly. He was willing to take the time to answer all of my questions, and explain in depth what was going on with my system, as well as things I could do to prevent issues in the future.

We woke up to a freezing house today because our unit’s fan wasn’t turning on. We called HMS, and Michelle was so kind on the phone. She quickly dispatched a technician, who arrived within an hour. They identified the issue right away, and now I’m warm and cozy again. Thank you, HMS team!

These guys work miracles. 7 hours later they have repaired a botched up installation of a new system by another individual company. HMS were on time, professional & caring. I highly recommend and will be singing their praises to whomever needs heating/ air conditioning work. Great job.

We would recommend HMS to everyone that needs service on their heat and air conditioning system we gave HMS a call and they came out the same day and were on time for the appointment the technician was great and explained what was needed to be done to get my system working correctly. HMS will be the only AC company that we will use in the future.

Gary was very helpful in diagnosing a problem with our system to assist us in getting more functionality out of our unit. He was very straightforward and upfront about issues and costs, but never tried to push for more than what we wanted to do. He fixed the problem quickly and painlessly and it was a pleasant experience!

Another wonderful experience today with Andrew, can't say enough about this company, they go above and beyond to diagnose, repair, and prevent problems.

They. Are. Simply. THE. BEST. Andrew and owner of HMS Gary both came today! I’ve had Andrew come out once before for a repair RELIANT was being absolutely ridiculous about. Andrew was professional, kind, and very knowledgeable about what the TRUE issue we had going on here at our home. He diagnosed our problem, fixed it and didn’t cost me a ridiculous amount of money. Gary educated me on several topics of all things regarding my HVAC unit. I’m very appreciative of this company and will keep supporting them. #supportlocalbusiness

Andrew and Gary with HMS are great. They were early to our appointments, polite, and overall professional. Plus, they were respectful of our home which was super appreciated. In addition they each took time and care in answering our questions which truly meant a lot to us. Our compressor has to be replaced which our ac was assessed throughly before concluding that it was indeed was the problem; their thoroughness meant a lot to us they did not try to recommend something that was not broken and did an excellent job replacing it. Plus, it was a blessing to talk with them about faith in Jesus too. Essentially, they have most definitely have made a great impression with their honest work and are ones we plan on doing business with going from now on.

I had a wonderful experience! Andrew explained everything, was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Nathan was great as well; and I loved the fact that you are giving Nathan the opportunity to learn the trade at a young age.

My husband and I ended up contacting Gary and Michelle at HMS this last summer when we were having problems with our AC we didn't know any heat and air services in our area since we moved to Aubrey the end of Dec 2023, and they got us worked in on a schedule within very short time this past summer and it was extremely hot but they came and helped us out immediately.
We've also have had them do a couple other jobs for us since then and we're very pleased with their excellent level of service and a bonus they are reasonably priced. I highly recommend them, and we will continue to do business with them. They earned a loyal customer.
