Carlos and David came out on the same date I called. I had a tentative appointment with my regular technician but no guarantee they could come out on the same day. I called Carlos and he came out late in the afternoon. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it immediately. No upsale or unnecessary repairs. Honest and reasonable. I highly recommend.

Our house is over 25 years old. Some of our AC runs were torn up and we were air conditioning our attic. Carlos and crew came in replaced the bad runs and optimized the air flow. Poor guys were working hard all day, but now everything looks great up there. We are no longer AC the attic and all
rooms are staying cooler with less energy being used. They did a great job!

Have to send a big THANK YOU to Carlos!!! This guy is awesome!!! Had an issue with my ac and not only did he point me in the right direction but he answered all of my calls, texts while he himself was busy I’m sure! He was knowledgeable and honest! Within around 3 hours of calling for service on a weekday afternoon Carlos and Jose were at my house and the problem had been diagnosed and fixed! A-1 support from Carlos! We had an emergency and contacted him on a Sunday afternoon. He replied to me immediately. He was willing to come the next day but I told him my husband and I got out of work late. He told me he could swing by when he was done working since he lived in the area. I explained our situation to him and I was afraid he may leave us hanging on account of things happening on the financial end. However, he was true to his word and came by around 7 pm. He diagnosed the problem and he did his best to give us a reasonable solution. We just weren’t in the position to move forward. He is a man that cares about people, not just the bottom line. My husband and I appreciate what he did for us. I’d most definitely recommend him to anyone seeking out expertise and integrity in a service provider.

If I could give them more stars I would! The company my home warranty gave us wouldn’t come to look at my ac for 2 days which is torture in Texas summer heat. I called Air Comfort Systems and they came out, diagnosed, and fixed my ac within a matter of hours. They will be the only company I use from now on.

I called to have someone come out to check our system and was able to have someone out that same day. Steve was very upfront and honest about what our problems were and what he recommended. We ended up installing insulation in our attic and they were able to come out and get the job done a day earlier than planned. They were quick and efficient. I look forward to using them for any other future AC/heating needs.

I called Carlos on a Saturday around noon, and he was able to repair my system that day. The fix: Replace a blown-out transformer on the 24 volt thermostat system. I was impressed with Carlos's attention to detail, his problem solving, and his communication skills. I believe he'd be able to solve any complex problem with an HVAC system. Plus, he's certified for Bryant systems, which is what I have. He's now my go-to HVAC repair person!

This is the second time that I have used Air Comfort Systems and could not be more impressed with Carlos. He explains all the work and the reasons why. On top of that, he helped me install a flood light as a thank you for being a repeat customer. We will continue to use Air Comfort Systems and referred them to friends and family. Carlos did a great job. He found a system that worked for us and didn't break the bank. He checked in to make sure the system was working right, and came out and did some additional work on one of our rooms that wasn't cooling down as quickly as the rest of my home. I've already recommended them to two of my friends that needed AC work done.

Carlos at Air Comfort is the only person I will ever call to fix my AC. He is thorough, professional and honest. He diagnosed my problem and laid out all my options. I have an old unit that is going to have to be replaced and he's the man for the job.

In a matter of desperation, I googled for 24/7 HVAC repair services in my area. Air Comfort Systems was availed. I contacted them directly. From the moment they took my call, to the moment they arrived to my home, within under an hour's moment notice, I received a personal text that their technician was on his way, followed up by an e-mail. The friendly tech showed up within the promised time. Not only was their tech, Mr. Carlos Gonzalez, a true professional in his field, but he was rather cordial, respectful and quite knowledgeable. He explained and walked me through the process, while he completed the much needed repairs. We have used Carlos and Air Comfort Systems for several years now. There is no one else I would call for HVAC service. They have never taken more than an hour to arrive after we called, even though it’s been during their busy seasons. We have two babies, so that promptness has had real benefits to us. I have found Carlos and the technician to be extremely professional and informative. Additionally, the service has been top notch and very reasonably priced. These guys are honest and won’t do unnecessary work.

Most recently, tonight in fact, his wonderful wife met my mine at a shopping center to get us an igniter for our furnace (I broke mine like a moron). It was after hours, so no parts from a store until Monday, and it will freeze again tonight, so they really saved our hides.
