They come out as soon as possible, and make sure that it's working before they leave. We have used them 3 times and its been a wonderful experience every time. I can't say enough to praise them. Easy to work with. Reasonable and helpful. Didn’t pin point the problem the first day but when we needed him to come out a couple days later he did at no charge and found the root of the problem. Highly recommend! Called them around 9pm on a Friday and spoke with someone immediately! They had someone come out at 8am the next morning. Super fast response, quick fix- they were here about 15 minutes, and affordable l- I didn't get upsold on something I didn't need.

They came out this summer and got my ac up and running right away and today fixed my heater. Both times I needed repairs they camr out same day and and charged a very reasonable few for work done! They are m6 go to for all my ac/heater isssues. I would definitely recommend cool cat ac!

On July 20, 2020 i noticed my a.c.was not blowing any cold air. I immediately called Cool Cat A.C. he responded in 40 minutes kid you not. I had told him over the phone, that i was short of cash until the following day. He said no problem, he found the cause a dirty exterior coil, a simple hose off of the condenser and i was up and running in under an hour, they were definitely life saver's. If you want fast quality service, give them a ring. You won't regret it !!
