Javi-Air is responsive, professional, and does very thorough work. Definitely recommend their services, whether it's just for maintenance or an acute issue.

Javier showed up on time, explained his findings and the needed work to me, talked to me about my home warranty; he fixed and cleaned my unit in one visit.

It is very hard to find a house AC/Ventilation Maintenance firm these days that is willing to take the extra step to explain the reasons for certain types of required house maintenance or repairs. If that is what you need and more than just a wham-bam, thank you sir, Javi-Air for AC, Dryer and Ventilation Operation / Maintenance, is your "go to" firm. The owner, Javiere, is the "knowledgeable man on the scene", and he gives you the trust, options and confidence of what is "actually needed and why," in order to meet the demands of your required services.

Very knowledgeable even came out on Sunday when no one else was available and trust me I called over 25 other HVAC companies in our area! Very reasonably priced as well!! Had us up and running with cold air in 30mins!!! Thank you Javier @Javi-Air Comfort for getting us back to being cool and comfortable again!!!

Heater downstairs was not work. Lol I had the device set incorrectly.. 90 later I now know how to set . Lol. Also had heating maintenance conducted and signed up for ac maintenance program . Spectacular service! I highly recommend for AC repairs. Javier went above and beyond to get my AC back up and running the same day it went out and even followed up the next day to make sure we were nice and cool.

On a 100+ degree day, my air conditioner started leaking water into the air return and all over the motor of the a/c unit. I called Javi and he was here same day (I don’t know if this is normal response time or if I just got super lucky) and inspected the entire unit, found the problem and fixed it quickly. He also rewired the little float valve thing that SHOULD HAVE shut my system off… but didn’t because of the wiring issue. Super reasonable pricing, saved us on a stupidly hot day and came through fast!! 10/10 service! Thanks Javi!!!

Javiair will take the time to explain your system and what is required to get your system back up & running and how to maintain it. He has a maintance program to help the homeowner extend the life of the sytem. He is professional, reasonably priced, HONEST and I will use no one else! Highly recommended.

I am so grateful to have Javi-Air in my neighborhood. My HVAC was having some connectivity issues. He went through all possibilities to rule out the issue and was thankfully able to solve the issues I was having. Not to mention, he was able to complete the annual maintenance on my unit to ensure that it was working properly even with it being a scorcher outside. A/C went out on a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. Called in around 5pm. Javi arrived within 30 mins, diagnosed and repaired by 630pm. Excellent service, response time, and repair.

Went to bed at night only to wake up to our thermostat climbing 10 degrees and called Javi. He was there earlier than expected and on the job. Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service and a fair price!
