Their services are always professional and respectful. The techs arrive with IDs and masks and perform the necessary work quickly and to my satisfaction. Lately I had a minor issue with a garage connection and Tony came and identified the problem quickly, made cost conscious suggestions and fixed everything to our satisfaction. He was courteous, professional, friendly and helpful and made sure to address any questions and concerns patiently and kindly. He was delightful and I highly recommend him.

These guys are amazing! Tony and the crew very informative. The teh was very clear with the solutions of the problems. Nicely explained what would be done and broke down the pricing. Pricing itself was very good and reasonable. They got the problem fixed quickly and efficiently. I most appreciated that they were on-time but also very personable, and completed all the work in the stated time frame. Thank you, for such a a nice experience. We will definitely be using Hancock Electric Company again and again!!

Service was fantastic! I had no hot water and it was a Friday - I was in trouble. Tony knew exactly how to diagnose the problem and fixed it quickly. Really appreciated the text letting me know he was on his way - with his picture. Hancock Electric Company came recommend to me and I'm happy to pass along the recommendation as well.

My call was answered by Hancock Electric Company, and the electricians arrived the next day. I reside in an older house that, I'm guessing, has had a lot of hands through the years to keep things running and confused. They labored in the heat for several hours assessing the problem, as my air conditioning was also broken. They were able to get us back on our feet! They were quite courteous, patiently answered all of our inquiries, and treated us with respect and courtesy. The price we paid was quite reasonable and far less than we expected for the amount of time they spent here. Thank you very much.

An excellent experience, tech visited to give me an estimate and inspect the current condition of the new house I just moved into. We had 3 overhead fans replaced with new ones, two new LED fixtures to replace low, old fans, and also in the kitchen put a dozen new white low profile LED lights to replace unattractive old black can lights. The estimate was very reasonable and the work was completed quickly, on time, and the result was fantastic. I will use them again on my next project and home improvement for sure, and I strongly recommend them to you as well!

Tony came out, diagnosed and fixed a problem with a ceiling fan light that we've had numerous electricians look at before. We've been struggling with this problem light for months and many $$ for unresolved 'fixes' and he was able to determine the problems and fix. Tony did a great job, was very courteous and kind. He explained everything to us beforehand and kept us informed every step of the way. He was super neat, cleaned everything up and even put back everything that was moved to accommodate the job! We're certainly going to call Hancock Electric Company the next time we have an electrical problem!

Hancock Electric Company services are the best! We just moved into a new facility and needed to get everything squared away quick. The electrician was out to our new place within 24 hours of me calling him. His prices are fair, he always showed up on time, he did the work quickly and everything is working out exactly as I needed it. I'll be calling his team anytime I need electric work done.

I have always been a gadget geek. So when I decided to get the Ring doorbell it was the perfect solution to peace of mind. That being said I decided to call Hancock Electric Company to do the installation. The owner was prompt and professional. Not only did he give me a great price his policy being no excuses just results is exactly what he delivered. Definitely one of the best company I have used for my home needs. Great service great price outstanding work! Will definitely call them again for my future home projects.

Truly can't say enough wonderful things about Hancock Electric Company and their entire crew. We were so impressed when the owner came out and spent the time needed to assess our job. A very timely follow up with the detailed estimate. The applicable appointments were made and communicated to us and everyone showed up as scheduled. Do not trust these guys. They are a scam !

I set an appointment 8/26 for a tech to come to my home and check some deck lights that had quit working. He was suppose to arrive between 8-11 am. By 11:30 no one had shown so I gave them a call. Was told he was “running behind” and would hopefully be there after lunch. By 4:30 still no tech. Called again and was told they had been tied up at a commercial job. We reset appointment for 8/31. Once again, no tech arrived and no phone call from the company. I chose not to call them this time as I feel it is the companies responsibility to keep the customer informed on any time changes. But like I said, I did not receive a call and have never heard from them since to this day. I hate when service companies treat customers as if their time does not matter. Fortunately I only work part time and could somewhat afford to be at my house, although there were plenty of other things I could have been trying to get taken care of on my day off. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional!

This is a horrible and dishonest company. They charged me over a $1300 for services and never come out. Customer service is remote workers that promise to forward your complaint, but nobody ever calls back. Now they just won’t answer my phone calls. I have been fighting with this company since the beginning of September. Avoid my headache and find a reputable company.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Called on Thursday 8/5/2021. They sent an electrician tech from a different company (subcontractor) on Friday 8/6/2021. I paid him the $125 Service Fee for a diagnostic/Estimate. I never received an invoice/estimate. Technician just sent me a text on Saturday 8/7/2021 that he will not be doing the job. Hancock Electric has done nothing to fix the problem and I have contacted them everyday since.
