I had the owner daniel rosebrock come to my house and take care of some tree work. I had a huge tree that was hanging over the road that needed trimmed and cut back. He took care of it in a timely manner and him and his workers were very friendly and did a great job. And the price was unbeatable. I cant recommend them enough. I know i will be calling him again for future work i need done.

Daniel Rosebrock and team was very professional and courteous. We had several trees (Oak, Chinese Talon and fruit), that required trimming. We told him our needs and he exceeded those by explaining the care our trees required and what to expect from his business. He displayed a genuine concern and passion for his craft and we were so lucky to have found his company. We highly recommend Rosebrock Tree Service and Landscaping and look forward to working with them again.

Needed to clear a few trees out and tidy up our business property and found Daniel with Rosebrock Tree Service and Landscaping. I couldn't recommend Daniel and his team enough! They were professional, on time, did exactly what they promised they would do AND at the price that was quoted. Speaking of price....NO WAY will you find a better price for the services they provide. Highly recommend you give Daniel a call for your tree removal or landscaping needs.

Please beware when dealing with this person. I am so disappointed. I too thought I had learned my lesson about paying anything up front.
Now I have a tree half cut down in my yard, part of it is in the neighbor's yard, a brick border that looks like a 5 year old put it together, left a mess. He is not answering my texts or phone calls.

Do not hire this guy. He took a cash advance from a single lady friend of mine and never showed up to perform the work. She tried to contact him and he would not speak to her. She asked me to call. When I called him he answered the phone and as I described the situation and mentioned her name he hung up on me. Stealing money like this is criminal...she is going to prosecute.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! He did not deliver on a landscaping project agreed upon. Unprofessional. Does not return phone calls. Said he would be done in 3 days but never even began after initial clean up. Clean up was helpful but not what was promised. Please for the love of God find another landscaping company. Google will not let me post 0 starts but that is what I would give. Very bad experience.

Please be careful dealing with Daniel or simply stay away. Unfortunately, I thought I had learned NEVER to give a deposit for supplies. Daniel was very convincing and now I'm out of money with no project complete. Also, I regret not doing my research on him and see the other customers review. I'm learning there are scammers everywhere, even in a small town like La Vernia. A reputable company should be able to purchase supplies and expect to be paid at the end of the job completion. He's yet to come out and do any work, nor has he returned my deposit. He will try to turn my review around and say that it's not his fault, but he's a liar. STAY AWAY and protect your hard earned money or find a trustworthy contractor.

Sadly, we were trusting enough to pay Daniel over 60% upfront. He left for "lunch" after 2 hours of work, cashed our check of $2500 and never returned. ALL negative reviews have identical components from irrelevant excuses Daniel made for no-showing to manipulative language (verbatim) used in communications while attempting to right this situation.
This has all been reported to the Comal Sheriff; however we were told there is little we can do to recover our money.
Moving forward, we will thoroughly RESEARCH and NEVER PAY UPFRONT.

Unfortunately, he convinced my husband to give him cash for two truck loads of dirt to level our back yard. After a month of multiple excuses we asked for the money back, which he claims we never paid. He may try to claim we’ve never done business with him but I have his work order with his signature and screenshots of texts where he admits to us giving him money. He also called us “foreigners” along with other unprofessional remarks in his texts. His only good reviews are from his friends which you can find on his fb friends list and told us we won’t get any where by going to the police because he knows the chief. Update (11/15/17): We had a meeting with the La Vernia Police Chief and got a lot of helpful information on how to file charges against him. Anyone else who has been scammed please give the La Vernia Police Department a call. They really do care about their town and don't want people getting taken advantage of. Rosebrock Tree Service and Landscaping is a scam...DO NOT HIRE!!!

My mom Called him to trim pecan trees on a house we r selling and to remove a tree stump and plant grass in that area, did a great job and the tree trimming n cut half of the stump and told my mom he would return the next day to complete work due to the heat. He called my mom that evening to see if he could get paid, mom paid him full trusting he would return the next day. This work started Aug 23, 2017 and he had never returned or answered phone calls or texts. Would not recommend even to my worst enemy

Unprofessional and unethical. Do not hire!

I was working with the owner, Daniel. I was very disappointed regarding the poor workmanship with the patio I hired him to install. His Facebook page shows amazing work so I was surprised with the end results. The pics on his Facebook and website cannot be from the same person that attempted to complete my patio. The flagstones were uneven and lopsided across the entire patio. Unfortunately my wife had written the check without inspecting the patio because she was busy working at home. The patio was not level, the wood edging was not even connected! He had to ask my wife for a hammer and a leveler. For someone with 14 years of experience with landscaping I was surprised he didn’t have the right tools for the job. He used regular nails vs. wood screws. There are several spaces between the wood and even underneath the patio that will cause shifting. It is a sloppy job with lazy workmanship. When I spoke with Daniel about it he just kept saying "ok". He said he would be back the next week but didn't confirm the time. He cashed the check on his way out so I couldn't put a stop payment on it. He also took advantage of my wife and asked her for a check for a higher amount than he quoted me on paper. I emailed, called, and texted several times and he has not responded. I called him from a different phone number and he answered the line. Once I introduced myself he hung up on me. He has an unfinished job in my backyard. Stay away from Rosebrock Tree Service.

I hired Daniel to remove a tree for one of my customers. He did not finish the job and when she had him come back to clean up Daniel told the customer, "He must be ripping you off if he is willing to pay for the tree service. Have you seen his house?!"

He is incredibly unprofessional and not trustworthy. He never finished that job.
