Shane was great and was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed the electrical issue we were having in the living room and crawled through tight attic space. He was knowledgeable and professional. The company helped us with a quick turn around since we were worried about a fire hazard. They got the electrician to come the same day. He explained the problem and fixed it in a timely matter. Appreciate that he was easy to talk to and the help to make our home safe and efficient with lights.

Hired an electrician "Herman" from 4G Electrician company. He came prompt, looked at the problem. Very quickly understood and fixed in 40 mins where other folks gave me a quote for 2.5 hrs of work for a simple swap of Breaker switch from one position to another position on the bus.

Recommend him for his efficiency, genuineness, politeness.

The 4G Lewisville professional help began with the customer service I received when calling for “HELP”.
I explained my urgent dilemma. She searched the schedule and was able to make it work without an expedition fee. Angel arrived on time reviewed the problem. Clearly explained what he need to do, fixed it and one other electrical issue I was not aware of. He did not try to upsell me. He gave me other professional electrical knowledge not related directly to this work order. Their professionalism and honesty are unsurpassed by any other electrical experience I have had. Point of information: some of their competitors operate on commission base payment of the technicians. 4G Lewisville does not work on commission. I am a real customer who asks a lot of questions. My experience with 4G Lewisville was honest pricing and superior work.

4G Electrician did a fantastic job! I called them in the morning about some outlets and lights that needed fixing, and they were able to come out the same day. Super professional, quick, and thorough with their work. The pricing was very fair as well. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others!
