Update: I needed a transformer? for the UV light in the system. Daniel came to install it. When he was finished, he looked the whole system over and noticed one of my intake registers was coming loose from the wall. He asked if I would like him to secure it, and of course I said yes. Above and beyond for excellent service!

My AC bit the dust on Monday. I got a pricey quote from one AC/Repair company on Tuesday. Got Burris' estimate on Wednesday, and it included all the same things, and even a level up package, but for thousands less. Everything was easy. I have zero complaints. Go with Burris.

A friend recommended this company, and I was so glad that he did!! I’d had several other AC companies give me quotes and alt advice about replacing our upstairs unit, and Kyle made Burris an obvious choice. He is a mart, trustworthy, and efficient. It’s so easy to get overwhelmed and ripped off when it’s 100 degrees outside and you just want cool air, but Kyle wasn’t a salesman- he kept our needs and budget at the top of his mind while he gave great, professional advice. Totally recommend.

Kyle was on time and extremely professional and walked me through all the options as well as the pros and cons of each option. His prices are very competitive and I can’t wait to get my new HVAC installed.

Kyle had serviced both off both of my units a couple of times now. On the day of service, I receive a text that he is on his way. He has arrived in time on all visits and listens to the problem that I am experiencing with my unit. Upon examination, he provides the cause and the solution. He has always been courteous and professional! I would highly recommend his business and work!

We had a near the house lightning hit and it took out a couple of A/C unit controller boards. Burris Mechanical was able to get right on it and even though it took a bit to locate the actual problem (since the lightning hit wouldn't allow the control board to register failure codes), they stayed at it until everything was back to normal. These guys are true to their word and will make sure the job is completely finished to your satisfaction. Thank you Burris Mechanical for a very fine Jobe!

Daniel did an excellent job!! He was informative and explained everything he had to do. He found a blown fuse in our new AC blower and replaced the wire involved. He was positive and did an outstanding job. The best we have had.

The BMG did a great job installing my new equipment. They were on time, clean and very knowledgeable. There were a few obstacles to work around with this older home and they were very creative in figuring out how to handle them. Kyle is a hard worker and it shows. He wants not only the installation to be top notch, but the customer to be happy. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Kyle came out to our house today, we had issues with 2 of our AC units. He fixed one and ordered parts for the second one. I can confidently say, Burris Mechanical Group are the most professional and knowledgeable people in the business. They also helped my husband with his office building and they fixed an ongoing issue that the previous HVAC company couldn’t resolve. Fair prices and excellent service!

One of the best HVAC experiences I’ve ever had. Upfront and honest and actually helped me with an issue I’ve been having for years. They replaced both my Ac condensers and furnace. Install took less than 1 day and I couldn’t be happier. Thanks Burris Mechanical.

With a newer system, finding the culprit for the intermittent system stop was quite a mystery. The tech, Fernando, was friendly and thorough in solving the problem. I learned something new about my system and had it fixed for a very fair rate. Happy with the outcome.
