Allied Outdoor Solutions did an exceptional job on our pavilion and carvedstone! Aaron, Charlie and Mark were great project leaders with an amazing team supporting them. The construction teams were all expert crafts people - professional and customer focused. Thank you!

Jonathan and the team at Allied were incredible! We had a smaller project compared to most of what they do, but they treated us as just as valuable as anyone else. Communication was always professional, timely, and kind. Even when we had a small issue with the first concrete pour, Jonathan and other team members advocated for us and made sure to make it completely right! We were so impressed and will trust Allied for any future projects.

Allied helped us with a patio extension (extended roofline, extended concrete patio) and covered BBQ space (concrete pad, covered pergola and countertop space). They gave us an excellent first impression and carried that throughout the entire project. Every person on their team was professional, friendly, and as invested in our project as much as we were. Of the quotes we received, Allied was on the higher end but I have 2 things to say about it: 1) they worked with us to get a project outline and price point that we felt comfortable with, and 2) the experience was so great that I'd choose them multiple times over. We LOVED their communication - clear explanation of what to expect, frequent updates (props to them because as a customer even hearing "no update" is still better than hearing nothing at all) and I didn't have to repeat myself (they were able to share my message across members of their team so that everyone was up to speed). From a timeline perspective, we first connected with them in Oct 2023 and our project was completed before May 2024. Most of this time related to delays on our end. Within that timeframe, the construction process only took about 2.5 months, which I found to be short considering the scope of the work. Multiple neighbors have asked us about the experience and complimented the work, which is extra kudos to Allied. I've been recommending them to everyone.

Working with Allied was a very positive experience from start to finish. They were very responsive to both calls and texts. All the crews here doing the work were polite and professional. Our Carvestone patio is beautiful.

Working with Allied Outdoor Solutions was a great experience. While there were a few things that did not turn out exactly like we envisioned, we are pleased with our final result. Cody was absolutely fantastic to work with and was great at handling any issues that came up. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had. He was very helpful during this process. We are excited to use our new pool and patio as soon as the weather warms up.

The folks from Allied Outdoor Solutions went above and beyond for us, and we have extremely high expectations when it comes to customer service, work quality, and work ethic! It was such an effortless and stress-free experience from our meet and greet to receiving the estimate/quote to scheduling to then officially transforming our backyard patio area completely into a brand new one (we did the whole works from floors on up- Carvestone, a fire pit, and a patio cover).

Everyone (Jack H., Kelsey D., Alex T., Ryan M., Isaias, Francisco, Alma, Ronald, John, Erin, Jonathan, Octavio, Daniel, and Jennifer) we interacted with during our outdoor living project were extremely professional, prompt, well-mannered, respectful, courteous, hard-working, organized, top-notch quality work experts, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. All 3 crews were highly meticulous and cleanliness was super important to them as well, which we greatly appreciate. They did a thorough clean up after finishing for the day each day they were here at our home. Everyone was willing to go above and beyond to ensure that we were fully satisfied with their work from beginning to end.

We promise that you won't be disappointed if you are in need of sprucing up your outdoor living lifestyle experience in any way. We were so impressed with Allied , I think they deserve 10 stars. From the beginning of the design process through finish we had the best customer service and experience. They asked our contact presence and mine being text , I received constant update texts from our coordinator and project manager. Each person went above and beyond and we absolutely love our outdoor kitchen. They worked around our crazy schedules to meet with us and always with a smile. They are not the cheapest but the quality of work , professionalism and finished product is worth the investment.

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. We had a backyard patio put in our new home. It was a great team effort! Jason who helped outline the different surfaces we could choose from; pro's and cons of concrete, pavers, or travertine which we ultimately went with. Shea was insightful on how the pitch of the yard would effect the patio and provided great solutions. Cesar worked through inclement weather to finish on time. Minor damage to the grass from transporting the first and stone from driveway to back of the house, but that's to be expected - the Bermuda grass will grow back in no time.

Allied Outdoor Solutions helped us design and build a covered patio, and the whole process was amazing. Betsy and Ryan M. were both so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the design and construction process. We always knew what was going to happen and when, so there were no surprises. The finished product looks so seamless with our 20 year old house, you would never guess it was added on!

Thanks to the entire team at Allied Outdoor Solutions for giving us the backyard of our dreams. We are forever grateful!

We completed a patio replacement project with Allied Outdoor Solutions and we are really very happy with the result. We had an old wood deck and a concrete pool deck that has a carverstone type finish ( hand carved stone ) and we wanted to replace the wood deck with a concrete patio and have the finish match the original pool deck. We had the pleasure of working with Jordan, Shea and Chris at various stages of the project and while Shea did tell us that we should not expect the two areas to match and that the crew would do their best to come close he could not promise a match. Well he was wrong ! The crew doing the carverstone got the match we were after and we were so pleased. After the project was complete we found a small area on the original pool deck that must have lifted during the reseal and when we pointed this out during our final walk through Shea said he would take care of it himself and sure enough he came out and patched the spot. Allied Outdoor Solutions are a fantastic group or professionals and each individual that was involved in our project was exceptional. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to expand my backyard patio and worked with Allied team to help me conceptualize this vision. Instead of a traditional wood deck, I wanted something different. They helped me create a raised paver patio that completely transformed the space and helped me sell my last home. I will definitely reach out to Allied for next outdoor project!

Start to finish was a top-notch quality experience.

Aaron Harris, came out initially for the design consultation. He thoughtfully explained the process and gathered all of our ideas together. We were not sure what we were going to get when he came back based on the wealth of ideas. He absolutely nailed every detail we mentioned...and then some. 10/10

Once we began the project we were given Rachel Dillard and Cody Keranen.

Rachel was the project coordinator and kept everything on track. Rachel went over and above what you would expect by calling and relaying messages everyday about the project and what crews or holdups we would be experiencing in real-time. She is a total professional and made the experience painless. 10/10

Cody was the construction supervisor for our project. Cody was briefed by Aaron Harris about the project and the things we were looking for once complete. Exceptionally organized, punctual and knowledgable in his craft, Cody made the experience so much easier by fielding any and all issues we may have had. 10/10

We worked with Jordan, Justin, and Bradley at Allied. They saved the day! We had contracted a six figure pool with a contractor that walked off our job and Allied came in and saved the day. Wish we would have hired them from the very start. Don't make the same mistake we made....you can thank me later.

Our previous deck was promised to be a "coolcrete" enabling everyone to walk on it without being burned by the hot Texas sun....it wasn't but we endured it for 5 yrs until Spring '17. We also wanted to expand the existing deck by 100 sq. feet.

We looked at several contractors and settled on Allied Outdoor Solutions. They were not the cheapest but you get what you pay for and in our case we were extremely happy with the finished product. It exceeded out desires in look and feel...the "stone" look is much better than the painted on stamped look done when the deck was originally poured. Color match was perfect to what my wife (the boss) wanted.

Our children and guests all commented this summer how much cooler the deck was and how nice the deck looked. Very professional in all their dealings, very clear and when they screwed up and failed to include the additional 100 sq ft in the original price, they "ate" the additional cost themselves instead of making excuses! That doesn't happen with most contractors!

One of the toughest parts for a contractor is meeting timeline expectations..weather, employee complications, supply issues can all create a changing "promised date". I'm sure they have the same challenges but in our case they overcame any that may have occurred and met the timeline as originally promised....customers should still be understanding though if it doesn't go "perfectly".

Jack, Jesse, Jonathan and the rest of the crew did a great job with the project. I had a design ready for the outdoor kitchen and needed someone to implement and I chose the right company. They made sure it came out exactly as planned, keeping track of all the details along the way. The craftsmanship was top notch and they made sure everything was as I had envisioned it.

Cody and Terry did an excellent job of managing my concrete project. Very pleased with the turnout. They both handled themselves with professionalism, even when I didn't. The communication and follow up from both was outstanding! We came up with a project deadline and it was completed on time. Most importantly, the work looks great! The crew they used did a fantastic job! Terry's hands on communication, Cody being out almost daily to inspect our work, and Aaron's professionalism and very resonable quote will have me coming back for more projects down the road.

Allied Outdoor Solutions replaced and extended our backyard patio and also added a covered patio. The whole project from beginning to end went very smoothly and we love the Carvestone design. All of the different crews on the job were very professional. We couldn't be more pleased.
