Never came back to check on plants that died. Very poor customer service.

Never answer phone to make a purchase

We ended up going with them become of the grass price. We went to pay for our grass on Friday to have it delivered until Saturday. It never came. I called Saturday morning and they said it was on their way and nothing. Then I called again and they told me they ran out of grass and didn’t have any for us anymore. We were frustrated so we spoke to the man and he said he would deliver Monday and have our delivery charges waived and said he would give it to us when they deliver. They delivered on Monday and they never gave us back those $45. I’ve tried calling them to tell him so I can get it back and they don’t answer.
