He worked efficiently but still paid close attention to the high traffic areas, pet accident spots, and overall carpet condition. The whole house was cleaned much faster than we expected, and the carpets looked refreshed, smelled clean, and felt much better right away. He also gave us simple aftercare tips, explained the drying time clearly, and made sure we knew what to expect in the warm Texas weather. What stood out most was the follow-up. He said he would check in afterward to make sure we were happy with the carpet cleaning results, and he did exactly that. He also let us know that if any area needed an extra touch-up, he would take care of it at no charge. In the end, everything looked so good that no return visit was needed.
