Ryan dud a great job with explaining my options before he began to work. He solved the issue and got the system up and running again. I would definitely call them again with my plumbing needs. Great work!

Martin did a fabulous job on a difficult and timely situation. Started as a kitchen sink repair, then televising the lines for sewer line leak. He located several leaks, installed an additional point for the washer and provided several options for remedy.

Brazos Plumbing is top tier. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry with excellent communication. Ryan K. did a fantastic job making the repair to my tub/shower and was informative & honest about what he was doing. Definitely recommend!

Hunter from Brazos was a professional and great with pets! I called Brazos because we had a leak behind the fridge. He found it and made recommendations for a fix with options ranging in price and function. We have a new puppy in the house and he and his assistant were great managing the pets and there work. He then replace our tub faucet. He was in and out in 45 minutes and even gave us options for restoration and repair for water damage.

Brian installed my new water heater as scheduled in an efficient and professional manner. He was patient and explained everything well. Their price for the installation was the best too.

Martin was amazing!!! He fixed a complete clog that had been giving me trouble and managed to retrieve a drain bladder that had been stuck deep in my pipes for over two years — something no one else had been able to do. I was quoted over $10,000 to break my kitchen floors to retrieve the pipe by another company!! This had been causing ongoing problems, and he finally got it resolved.

Martin was professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His customer service was excellent, and he genuinely cared about fixing the problem the right way, not just doing a quick patch. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently, and left everything clean.

I've used them twice and I've been 100% satisfied. Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and priced well. I don't hope to call them for a while, lol, but if I do need a plumber, I know who to call time after time.

We had a weird intermittent issue with our water pressure throughout our entire home. Ryan K was able to diagnose the problem quickly and resolved the issue in about two hours. Great job Ryan and thanks again! Also like to add that Brazos customer service is top notch from beginning to end.

After they repaired my faucet, which I had already paid for, they had to come back because the hot water wasn’t getting as hot as it used to. It was a problem with the handle. They replaced the handle and it works fine now. However, they wanted more money.
I paid the extra, then they called me and refunded the money. They said I should not have had to pay again. They are honest, courteous and do a good job. I will call them again.

Recommend! Honest people that were able to check out our issue and tell us what would and wouldn't work as well as est options for repair that help save us money. Gave us an instant estimate and offering 0% financing which is helpful with pricey repairs.

Ryan came out and was very professional. Our sewer drain was clogged. He had a camera to see what was going on unlike the previous company the day before. The other company was going to jet blast the line from the roof vent. Ryan advised against it because it would flood the house. After a few minutes Ryan was done and he also pointed out some line damages I never new was there.
Ryan was friendly, good listener, down to earth and possessed a caring attitude.

Martin was totally Awesome. He was done within an hour. Was super nice and friendly and explained everything very well to me!

Brazos Plumbing did a super job to re-route a sewage pipe issue that caused by ATT Fiber Optic conduit. Indeed, Brazos had sent a top notch plumber name Dylan whom was very professional and proficient in installing a new sewage pipe for us in a timely manner with a reasonable pricing.

We had an issue with the main gas line feeding our house and discovered a leak in the attic at a fixture. Ryan came out quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and handled everything safely and professionally. His troubleshooting skills and attention to safety made a stressful situation much easier. The work was completed in a timely manner, and communication was clear throughout. Highly recommend this company.

Brandon and his team were incredibly helpful for a project we had while doing a sewer inspection for a new home. After other plumbers had no-shows and cancellations, Brandon made it happen in less then 24 hours, and was able to find the problems, get a thorough exploration, and provided us with an estimate immediately, I couldn't be more happy with their service and skills, definitely will be using them on my house for all plumbing going forward!

Replaced 2 toilets and a dishwasher. From start to finish they were one of the best companies I have used. Ryan was very professional in letting me know the price and the unexpected things that could pop up. They fit me into their schedule at the last minute and the communication was excellent. Lee arrived on time, treated my house like his own and the installs look and work great. He left my house clean with all of the old appliances and trash removed. I highly recommend using them and will continue to use them for any future plumbing work.

From start to finish on our major sewer line repair, the team at Brazos Plumbing was five star. Martin arrived on a Monday morning to do a static test, determined the problem and discussed our solutions. By Tuesday, utility lines had been marked and digging had started. Lee and Abraham worked long hours on Wednesday to finish the rerouting work and by Thursday evening the project was complete. A second static test was performed Friday to confirm that the repairs had indeed solved the issue. Brandon came by twice to look over the work and make sure we were satisfied. Communication was excellent at every step, complete with a final report of the project and pictures. We could not be more pleased and recommend Brazos Plumbing without hesitation.
