Ronnie was spot on. Told me every detail. Didn't try to BS me,told me like it is. Love the work.

Great company, we called them in the morning and they showed up in a couple of hours. We had them repair a couple of sloan valves and a pea trap. They looked at the job, fetched the parts and installed them. They were neat, polite and cleaned up after themselves. They received the most important approval in our company, the shop dogs!

After they left, we discovered a small leak and reported it. They came back the next day and repaired it without charging us anything. The dogs were very happy to see them again. They are a first rate company.

This is the second time we used Texas Master Plumber and once again we couldn't be more pleased! We had a new Kitchen sink and faucet installed along with some piping modifications to accommodate the sink. We also had a bathroom faucet installed and new sink connected. Louis arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. Despite the fact that I had 3 other workers in the kitchen with him doing other things Louis worked quickly and professionally and installed the new sink and faucet in no time! Both my wife and I were VERY pleased with the result and the price. We will be calling Ronnie and his team again the next time we need plumbing services.

In May 2023, I found a big spot of wet floor on my carpet and thought that there was a leak. I called Ronnie and he responded immediately. He came on-time and went around to investigate and finally found the reason. Water was dripping from a small AC unit. He seemed to know my difficult financial situation and did not charge me anything!!! It was incredible! He is so honest!!! He also gave me tips on how to handle it. He is always my no. 1 plumber!!! Thank you so very much!

I can’t say enough about this company. I first used them after the big freeze..they waited for me to get home so they could fix my leak. They probably had 100s of other jobs lined up, but they waited. Yesterday, Ronnie came out to fix a leaky shower faucet. He discovered the handle had broken on the inside. He put it back on, tightened it so it wouldn’t leak, gave the the number to order a new one ALL AT NO CHARGE! WHAT? That never happens! AMAZING man and company! Thank you so much! I will definitely call when I need service and I will absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a plumber!

I have used this company for many different issues now over a few of my properties. They are amazing! Ronnie is a true professional and keeps his word. He is very helpful and all of his guys are as well. They also show up on time! This is a huge plus for us. I also rest easy knowing they are fair on price.

My vacuum breaker on the sprinkler system was damaged by the recent freeze. Also the ball valves were rusted and hard to shut off the system before the freeze. I ended up lucky to still have water. I understood and offered the wait for more urgent cases for people without water. The repair was completed today!

This company is amazing! They were able to come out the same day we called to move a gas line in our home for the new gas range we purchased. Very professional and did the work for a very reasonable price. We will definitely use them again.

My water heater that was under warranty began leaking. A friend recommended Texas Master Plumber. They came out the next day, and in about 3 hrs they had removed my old water heater, replaced it , installed a new water heater, and brought it up to code. Price was reasonable, especially since I have a home warranty plan. They were very knowledgeable and professional, and I definitely recommend them.

Ronnie was fantastic. He had replaced my neighbors hot water heater and dishwasher motor so I called him. He came out same day, quickly diagnosed the problem and gave rough estimate. He came back next day to complete work as promised. Very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended.

I've had Ronnie and his team at Texas Master Plumber come to my house several times for different repairs including replacing a hot water heater, fixing another hot water heater that was incorrectly installed by a different plumber, replacing tub drains, unclogging a main drain line, installing a kitchen sink, replacing a fireplace gas valve, and repairing a difficult to find tub leak. They've always done excellent work, often going above and beyond expectations. They're honest, courteous, arrive on time, and prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs. Wish I could give them more than five stars.

My water heater started leaking. I called Ronald and discussed pricing for replacing it. He was informative and straight forward with the pricing. I felt he gave me a fair estimate, so set up for him to come out and look at the job for a complete estimate. He was very respectful and nice. Gave me the estimate and we set up for them to return the next day to do the work. A couple hours later, he called and there was a scheduling problem. I thought, "Oh boy, here we go". To my surprise, he asked if it would be ok for them to come back today and complete the job! Of course I said yes! They returned and completed the job, left the place clean and neat. I was able to ask questions about the care of the water heater and recommendations. All my questions were answered. I would/will use them again without hesitation. Thank you Ronald and team!!
