I just want to say you can trust Texcen Appliance Repair. I had problems with my refrigerator not cooling. Cole came out Tuesday and diagnosed what was wrong with it. Needed to get part in and would be back on Thursday to complete the repair. He was always on time and was professional and did a great job. He showed me what part was replaced and why. I will call them again with any appliance repair.

This is my third experience with TEXCEN Appliance Repair. They are absolutely amazing. Came the same day I reported the problem. Diagnosed my issue quickly and accurately. Ordered the part while on site and returned to finish the repair just as soon as the part was received. Cole even loaded all my shelves and drawers back into the fridge once he finished installing the part. Total shocker that an appliance repairman would do such a nice thing. Impressive. I will not use anyone else for my appliance repairs. I highly recommend them….ask for Cole.

Gabriel was extremely professional, kind, honest and to the point. I really appreciated his expertise and his honest advise on our refrigerator situation. Cold was our technician and he was really excellent. He found a bad hot water heater that had to be replaced. He tested everything after the repair. 👍

Great local appliance repair company. Hard to discern between fake reviews and real when looking at appliance repair companies. That said, Garrett showed up today and fixed it washing machine.
