Scott and his apprentice were punctual and did the work in less time than expected. Setting up an appointment with estimate was easy and speedy as well, and Scott advised against the pricier upgrades, helping me get an affordable scope of work. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, kind—you get a lot if you go with Scott and Bear Electric.

I have worked with Scott and his team on two homes now. Wouldn’t think to ever go to anyone else. The job is not done until it’s perfect for you !
Always on time - fair prices for the quality of work !

Logan came by for a tricky plug job. Got it done quick and clean. Looks great too. I’ve been using Bear for awhile now. And refer all my own customers to them as well. Always a great experience with them!

Came out quick with the right breaker. Tested to verify the fault, replaced and tested to verify the fix. Friendly and experienced.

Bear was very prompt in responding to my service request. They came on time and were knowledgeable and proficient and price was reasonable

I've tried several different electricians in Austin, and these guys are the first who actually seemed like experts to me. I've used them for a couple of jobs now, including one another master electrician completely failed at, and I've been completely satisfied with their work. The most important thing to me is they don't dismiss weird problems with my house's old wiring as being my imagination or "just one of those things" and actually offer reasonable solutions to address my house's quirks in manageable chunks.

Scott and his apprentice were extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They found the issue and an unrelated issue. They fixed both quickly and effectively and invited me to review their work, ask questions and understand the situation fully. I highly recommend Bear Electric for all of your electrical needs--big or small!

Scott was amazing! Super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond by helping with a loose door bracket! Put in recessed lights and repaired some lights.Fantastic job! Would definitely recommend and I will be using again for future projects.

We had a wonderful experience with Bear Electric!
We had just bought an older house and wanted issues in the inspection report to be addressed. I sent the electrical section of the report to Scott and he was very helpful about helping us figure out exactly what we should have done.
Joe and his assistant arrived on time with clear instructions for what they needed to do. They worked very, very hard for seven straight hours making sure that everything was completed - and completed well. They even addressed a small issue not on the list that came up as they worked.
I highly recommend Bear Electric! They are great!

Bear Electric was a great find! Scott was willing set me up the day I called. And Logan, the technician was at my house within 20 minutes. The issues were quickly triaged and remedied as he had all the things he needed. He was thorough, efficient and pleasant. Gotta love a good company with good people!

Contracted Bear Electric to install an EV charge station in my garage. Top notch professionalism from beginning to end. The owner engaged via text prior to the appointment to collect as much information as possible to make the installation as efficient and seamless as possible. Super clean install, and all dust from drilling was swept and removed before leaving. No complaints from me, and I just found a reliable electrician service for all my future needs as well. Thanks Bear Electric!

Excellent electrical service at a fair price. Scott and crew showed up on time to install a new 200 amp service along with several new outlets. The work was completed promptly and professionally with all questions and expectations met. I would definitely recommend Bear electric to anyone I know and I will be using them again for any future work needed.

Very professional pleasant and friendly. Went above and beyond to install everything clean and neatly. Completed the job, made sure everything was cleaned up and right before leaving.

I called this morning for a problem with 2 circuit breakers that had gone bad. I was expecting to get on a waiting list or to schedule something weeks away. When I called, I got a voice message while at the same time I received a text asking me to explain the problem I was having. We then texted back and forth explaining the problem, sending my address, sending a picture of the electrical panel, getting a quote and a time he could do the repair today. The quote was reasonable, and I agreed to it. Scott arrived right on time. He was very personable and professional. He answered all my questions as he worked replacing the breakers. The work took about twenty minutes, and he was on his way. The price was very reasonable. I know it was a small job but, I appreciated that he could fit me in the day I called. I will call him again for any future electrical problem.

I hired Bear to install electricity for my new detached garage. I showed them my plans, they trenched and ran electricity underground to the new garage, installed a service box, outlets, overhead and exterior lights. Their communication was excellent from the time of the estimate to the end of the work. Pricing was within my budget, I appreciated their attention to detail with the installation of everything and I was very impressed they did it all in half a day. I would not hesitate to call them again.
