I’m really happy with the service, I can’t believe how good they are and how they carefully take care of every place of the house, cleaning places where I didn’t even imagine needed to be cleaned. This company is thorough, professional and super reliable. They notice the little things, and the owner even reached out to me after my service to see if I was satisfied with the work! Priscilla and her team are amazing! I have used them for 2 years weekly and they left a new set up in our playroom for my little one with each clean. They have transparent & fair pricing, hard workers and regular communication. It’s been hard to find a new cleaning team that’s just as good and affordable now that I’ve move.

Excellent cleaning and nice people. First time using them and I am so happy with their work. Two people came in and in 3hrs left the house spotless. From carpets, to bathrooms, furniture, shelves, and beds, everything was dust free, tidy (pun intended), and left looking and smelling clean. They were patient with our babies toys being everywhere, and made sure to organize them to they could clean better.

I will schedule them to come every 3 weeks and know things can only get better from now on after their initial service. Will also go for cleaning the oven, fridge, and other things on their add-on menu.

I would give them zero stars as it’s been over a week that I requested a quote and provided dates requested for service and I’ve yet to be contacted. I had heard a lot of positive feedback from others who used their service, but unfortunately, I won’t find out for myself.

I booked a deep cleaning and cleared my day to be home, but they didn’t bother to give me a specific arrival time. I had to reach out, and only then did they tell me they’d come at 1 PM. Total lack of communication and really unprofessional. I canceled—waste of time. Can’t trust them with my time, can’t trust them with my house!

Edit: Let’s clarify a few things: I booked the semi-deep cleaning service four weeks in advance, and when I requested an upgrade to a deep cleaning on October 24th, you agreed. If you knew a deep cleaning would take longer, you should have scheduled an earlier start time instead of waiting until 1 PM. So don’t turn it around on me because i have a hard stop at 4pm!

Your explanation about lack of communication due to no cell service doesn’t line up either—I reached out, and you responded immediately.

As for my reviews, I always give honest feedback based on my experiences. I’m not ‘making up stories’ or ‘gaslighting’; I say it as it is. Your response makes me question if your five-star reviews are as genuine as mine.

Good service is about more than just the cleaning itself; it’s also about respecting your client’s time and being proactive with communication. Unless you expect customers to wait around all day or give out their door codes, professionalism matters. If I can’t trust you with my time, I certainly can’t trust you with my home
