Great response time, knowledgeable, and incredible follow through. They showed up on time and stayed until the job was done. They even took on the nuisance of dealing with the city for permitting. Marc and Chris were first class in how they communicated the process. They'll be our first call for any future plumbing issues.

Awesome after hours service ! They really helped us out in an emergency when everyone else couldn’t come out until the next day. My hot water stopped flowing last night in the 17 degree weather. I spoke with plumber who gave me excellent advice and told me there wasn’t much to be done while pipe was frozen. I made appointment for the next day and plumber called me to let me know it would be hard to thaw pipe, if not impossible, and he didn’t want to show up, tell me nothing could be done, and charge me.
Pipe thawed naturally, no issues. Thank you for saving me money and alleviating my anxiety.

From now on when I need a plumber, I am calling Plumb Doctors, and I hope to get Alex again. He’s so informed and calm. Once he fixed our fireplace issue, he made sure to check our water heater and water pressure from the street. I feel more informed about our own house and I’m forever grateful that we now have a working fireplace again. Highly recommend!

Nothing but great things to say about my experience with Plumb doctors. I called with no hot water and a hissing water heater. Josh showed up within the hour, diagnosed the issue, and was able to get a new water heater installed. The office took care of looking up the warranty so there was no extra leg work on my end. Will definitely use them again in the future!

Andrew did outstanding for us in our time of crisis. He quickly, calmly and with great empathy diagnosed and fixed our water emergency at 2:15 am. Andrew and Plumb Doctors are a great asset to the community. He is a “must hire”.

Seems I have hired Mark at Plumb Doctors about 3 times now. Each time they go above and beyond, and are willing to do gas and plumbing repairs. They send me useful photos from tiny crawl spaces, respond quickly and thoroughly, even when they do their work in the worst weather. Jay with Plumb Doctors responded quickly and came up with the solutions needed for our tankless water heater and toilet leak. He was thorough, knowledgeable and quick to assess the problems and reassure that Plumb Doctors were capable to fix. Our bathroom smelled just terrible on a random basis. Of course it smelled just fine when Alex arrived. I thought the smell was coming from the shower drain. Alex did a thorough analysis and explained that he thought the toilet was the most likely culprit and a much cheaper repair than the cost of pursuing a drain problem. He found several problems with the initial toilet installation. He purchased the additional parts he needed and it was all finished in an hour or two. I liked that the job was priced by the nature of the repair plus parts. I didn’t have to worry about what the ultimate cost would be. Alex was patient and most helpful with my decision making. Very nice, knowledgeable, and professional person.

I had roots in my pipe below my toilet. I wasn’t sure if it was growing from outside the pipe and into the pipe through the flange or up from a seam inside the pipe.
I had a highly advertised, big name plumbing company take a look because I figured this was a major issue and they’d know how to handle it. I called Plumb Doctor as well (a second opinion). The first guy showed me pictures of roots he found growing through a seam in my pipe. Yikes! Major money (several thousand) and pain to repair. Josh with Plumb Doctors came out and showed me the camera directly. He looked all over and I asked home to focus closely on the area the last company showed me roots. Nothing! It looks perfectly fine. He didn’t try to scare me into doing unnecessary repair. He talked me through his thinking - the roots breached the space between the pipe and foundation. It’s not uncommon. He had some ideas how such a thing could happen and how to address it. Orders of magnitude cheaper (several hundred)! He came back the next day to do the work. He then talked me through his proposed approach again after more thought. And for even less money, he solved my problem. Time will tell if it’s a forever fix, but he’s confident it is. I trust him. I own rental properties as well and good honest plumbers are hard to find. Plumb Doctors earned the top spot in my contacts for plumbers today. Josh was great, professional, and efficient.

These guys caught two moderate gas leaks at the house, which may explain my dizziness and headaches over the past month.

Water damage and natural gas issues shouldn't be messed with. Our home inspector didn't even catch these before we moved in two month ago. This demonstrates the value these plumbers bring to the table.

We have been working with our builders plumbers and had some pretty major issues since we moved in. We finally called Plumb Doctors and had Jami come out. He was great. He diagnosed and fixed our issues, contacted the well people that we needed to coordinate with it and followed up as well as offered the follow up services we’ve been looking for. After 2 years of living in this house we finally are enjoying our showers!

Marc came out to assess the damage to my new hot water heater after the latest freeze. Unfortunately it's shot and he was so helpful with how to handle it with the manufacturer (as it wasn't the fault of the freeze since we didn't lose power).. While he was here he checked out why my newly remodeled bathroom didn't have good water pressure as well He was kind enough not to charge me since he didn't do much work. He has earned my business and I will surely call him for all future needs!

Josh with Plumb Doctor saved our vacation! We were out of country when we received notice our house was flooding. He came to the rescue quickly, communicated timely and efficiently with both me and the person physically at our house. 10/10 recommend!

We received service from Josh and he was very honest with us. He saw that only one cable was disconnected when he arrived, and he was not charged anything. Any other service company would charge us a lot for this. They were very very honest. Of course, whenever our company needs it, we will call them! This is a company you can trust!

Marc came out last week to check the water pressure in my kitchen faucet and bathroom shower head, minor but annoying issues. He called when was on his way and was great from the start. He answered all my questions and advised me on how to save money in the future. 100% helpful and courteous. I already made an appointment with Plumb Doctors to install a new faucet for me and they will be my go-to plumbing company. Highly recommended.

The City of Austin damaged the pipes on my side of the meter so I was responsible to repair it. I called literally a dozen different "24-hour" plumbers only to be told, "we don't have anyone available." Andrew at Plumb Doctors answered right away and drove from Round Rock down to South austin. He worked all night to get my water back on. Looks amazing, works great, and most importantly, he was incredibly patient explaining it to me. He worked with me on the cost and overall, probably the most amazing experience I've ever had dealing with some one on an emergency repair. I will absolutely be using them for all of my plumbing needs in the future. Not just for my home, but for my work, and for my townhome's HOA! Thank you Plumb Doctors!

We had problems with water heater and called this company, Plumb Doc. Marc was a very professional and knowledgeable technician. He didn’t just recommend the replacement, but gave me two options either repair or replace. He was very patient with my many questions also. I decided to replace the whole unit and very happy about it. I think I found the great plumber.
