Marcus and Jackson were awesome. We had a pipe break at our house. We were desperate. They arrived within 30 minutes. They were professional. They did an excellent job. They were efficient and our pipe was fixed and working. They educated us and explained everything. They were funny and very nice. They cleaned up and moved everything back in place after they were done.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jim and his apprentice Sean from Roger’s Plumbing, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, Stephanie was incredibly accommodating, finding a way to fit us into their busy schedule. Jim walked me through the entire process with professionalism and clarity, ensuring we understood every step. What stood out the most was his genuine care for our home, he treated it as if it were his own. In a time when it’s hard to find companies and people who truly value quality work and customer service, Jim, Sean, Stephanie, and Roger’s Plumbing are a rare find. Highly recommend.

Marcus and others have taken good care of us on previous calls. This time was no different. They diagnosed the issue and offered solid recommendations for immediate repair and future service. Always very friendly and knowledgeable, these technicians approach their jobs as professionals...uniforms clean and pressed, tucked and buttoned. Personal appearance shows pride in appearance and pride for their work. Always the kind of guys who are welcome in your home. Follow-up from Rogers is fantastic! Follow-up emails and even a nice, personal thank-you kit (see photo)! Roger's is the only place I go for plumbing service. Have been a customer for over 5 years after spending years looking for an outfit in my area that comes even close to Roger's level. Highly recommended!

Marcus was excellent. Very professional and personable. Impressive young man and his trainee was also great to deal with. If I can request in the future I would certainly request him. They explained everything, and were very polite. Made process of having a stranger in your home that much better.

Jackson did an outstanding job to fix the leak in the outside plumbing that contains a faucet and a back flow valve that adds water to the pool. He actually built this mechanism the correct way. He was very professional.

My PRV went out at my water main coming in from the city and my water pressure went up to 120 psi. I knew enough to completely shut off water to my house. I called Roger’s and they were able to come out same day and completely replaced my main shut-off valve, as well as the old plastic PRV with a nice metal one. They were very knowledgeable and the work was fantastic. I’ll be using them from now on.

Today we had Rogers Plumbing come out to assess 3 issues we are having. Marcus and Jackson were extremely professional and walked me through all of the options we had and asked us we have questions and were thorough with answering all of our questions. They really made us feel very comfortable. We are extremely happy to sign up with their loyalty program and services provided. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for plumbing needs. 😊

Orlando from Roger’s Plumbing did an excellent job replacing my hot water heater and repairing the water softener. He was very professional, explained everything clearly, and provided multiple options for the repairs. Eddie has been amazing to work with both times he has come out. He not only walks me through everything that he is doing but is very thorough on making sure I know what he is fixing. It is a pleasure working with him and he has a great personality and attitude.

Marcus came out promptly yesterday to fix my leak behind my toilet in the wall in the garage. He and his assistant Shane did an Amazing job. He was thorough with explaining what he was doing. I was very pleased and hope that we have our water leak fixed. I will use them again for sure.
