If you are a restaurant, do not call them.
you will lose your time. -
If you are a restaurant, do not call them. I have thousands of dollars in invoices and nothing ever got fixed. They charge you hundreds of dollars just to drive to your place of business and tell you they can’t fix it. Or tell you can and never do but still charge you.

Called for emergency service. Then received a call back that we weren’t on their client list so then they won’t send a Technician. Can’t get on the client list for the emergency call. Very poor customer service, was able to call Tech 24 and they responded quickly! Don’t bother with this horrible service company, you want someone that is reliable call Tech 24.

Avoid 1st Source Restaurant Inc. if you value honest pricing and communication. We called them for an urgent repair on our commercial toaster, but the experience was a nightmare.
Initially, we were quoted a $175 diagnostic fee if we chose not to proceed with repairs. It then took three days of constant follow-ups just to get an estimate. When it finally arrived, the quote was over $1,300—nearly the exact price of a brand-new unit ($1,400) for a toaster that is less than two years old.
When we predictably declined the outrageous estimate, they attempted to charge us $475. After we protested, they "adjusted" it to $330, but this bill still included labor charges for work they never performed. Their justification was that $330 is their "minimum charge" regardless of whether a repair happens, directly contradicting the $175 fee originally quoted. Their business practices are unfair and misleading.
