Monthly house cleaning service. Team of two shows up on time and are friendtly. They take great care to clean all surfaces, including blinds and ceiling fans.

They are extremely professional and actually care about you as a customer! They answer the phone every time you call. I have the cell phone number of the supervisor in case there’s a problem and I was told multiple times by different team members there that they will do everything they can to keep me happy and keep me as a customer.

I couldn't be happier with my initial cleaning so I'm set up for bi-weekly because it truly was life changing to have my home be spotless. I actually ran errands while the team worked and it felt good being able to keep up with my busy schedule and have my home in order at the same time. I got quotes from many companies and this one was the only one that did an onsite visit prior to scheduling, gave a specific quote based on my home and what they saw, and the price was extremely competitive. They were in and out in no time and my place was spotless. I didn't give much direction because I figured they are the pros and let me tell you that was the way to go. A few months ago I needed to find a new house cleaning service and selected B & B Maid based on reviews posted as well as gathering information by calling the office. Susanna and Hervis are a husband/wife team and do a fabulous job every other week. So pleasant to converse with and know exactly what to do as soon as they come. I plan on using this company as long as possible and hopefully, my team will continue coming. They are the best I have ever had!
